6th Gen National Dex and Pokemon Bank

In RSE, we received the upgrade to the National Dex after beating the Pokemon League. But now since Pokemon Bank is out, do you think we will receive the National Dex immediately? If not, will Pokemon Bank be restricted until the Pokemon League is beaten?

I thought we can get the national dex if we receive a non-hoenn pkmn from FireRed/LeafGreen from trading? o.o

As far as I know, in X/Y the National Dex was equipped immediately after beating the main story so I'm assuming it could be the case here. I don't think Pokemon Bank will be restricted though because iirc it wasn't really restricted until National Dex in X/Y.

In Emerald you receive it immediately after the game, but you are right about Ruby and Sapphire though.

In X and Y you could move any Pokemon you wanted from Bank into your games regardless as to whether you had the National Dex or not. I'd say with a lot of confidence that it will be the same with these games

I'm hoping they'll restrict it, and have a FrLg Ruby and Sapphire gem event.

Since it wasn't restricted back in X/Y, I highly doubt they would restrict the bank in these upcoming games. I would be sad if they did though, because I have some pokes I would love to use during my playthrough. ;c
