Eeeh, this wouldn't be exactly the place to ask such things...
you see, uploading a patch for a rom is alright, but uploading
a rom proper is considered illegal and thus the staff decided to
make it part of the rules. In fact you'll find plenty of patches and
fan-made games [mostly Essentials based (Essentials is a particular kit meant for the making of fan-games on RPG Maker XP) ],
but if there ever was a case of someone directly linking to a whole rom
the staff deleted the link, post or thread for legal reasons. (risks are implied)

All we can do is suggest you to keep searching through Google or any other engine you're using and wish you luck.

By the way, consider getting into side-games, such as Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, Colosseum+XD and more : they tend to be unfairly forgotten by most ;)
