Just a few little things to note:

Empty Maps: I know others have already mentioned this, but I thought I'd try to give a little more detail. All that grass and no flowers, bushes, or basic paths kinda makes everything feel.. bland and unfinished. I know that you will improve on this, but I suggest trying to add at least a few flowers and such fairly early on, if only so you can get some feedback from the rest of the community, so as to give you something to work from. (Of course, it's your hack, so you and the team have to be satisfied before you can try to make us happy lol. Just saying.)

Double Posting: A rather small issue, but you can save some space in the thread by using the Multi-quote function, instead of replying two separate times so as to quote multiple users. Just hit the 'MQ+' button for the first, and then hit 'Quote' for the second. (it even works on multiple pages!) Just thought I'd mention this, since it seems you haven't discovered it yet. :3

Screenshots: Ah wait, hashtag already mentioned this. Yeah, you need 3 unique areas, but you already know that. Dang, hash beat me to it. xD

Mega Evolution: Someone else mentioned this already, but how exactly do you plan to implement this? If it's something you aren't sure about yet, you might want to push it back until after Beta 2 or 3, maybe even wait until Beta 4+, just to give yourself more time to figure things out.

Update Schedule: Just a reminder, things happen. Make sure to keep the schedule realistic and don't rush everyone lol. Not much else to say here, and it looks like you are doing a good job without a reminder.

Regions: Kalos region in the post game of a Gen II de-make? This should be interesting.. Honestly, I'm still waiting to see a game that has more than 2 complete regions, but I don't even know if it's possible lol. Again, just try to keep things realistic, and don't rush it.

Feedback: I was going to mention that you should keep our complaints and feedback in mind, but you seem to be doing quite well in that regard already. Nice work!

Level Curve: It seems more and more hacks are struggling in this one, but you seem to have a good thing going, just remember not to throw a level 80 trainer in there around level 20 wild Pokemon, eh? xD

Post Game: Looks like you have a nice plan for what to add, and probably in which demo you want to add things, but keep in mind that some people (like me) are completionists that will be running in circles during post game looking for every little extra and easter egg. Might want to add a little something WAY later specifically for us, as a reward. Just something to keep in mind for later. :3

Vulpix: I'm sure most of you already saw this coming, if you've seen my avatar/signature/or any of my posts lol. I want to catch one as early as possible. How far into the game will I have to be to catch a Vulpix?

Mega Evolutions: Do you plan to add all of the Mega Evolutions available in the main series? Do you plan to add custom Mega Evolutions?

Fakemon: Plan to add any Fakemon? :3

Elite Four: I always feel like they are too weak.. Might be a personal issue, but are they going to be buffed a bit from the official games?

Eeveelutions: Will we be able to catch enough Eevee to complete the Eeveelution evolution tree?

Pokedex: Will we be able to complete the Pokedex?

Photoshop: Just a random curiousity from a GFX artist.. which version of PS are you using? I'm going to revert to CS6 soon, CC irritates me with the pen tool lol.

Treecko&Charmander will be given where they are originally given.
We haven't thought about where kalos starters will be but they will be in the game at one point or another.
