I love it. It's something new, and I can always play at FR's Game Corner if I miss the slots. (Because I find it easy get three sevens in there... =P)
And if you play it for a while, it's not that hard anymore. But i have to agree with most of the people here, I HATE the fact that you can't buy coins. It sucks when I need a TM quickly, but I can't get it before playing Voltorb Flip for a while. It's not fun when you need to play it to progress...
 
kinda hate it..... atlest with the slots u can kinda time everthing....but with the flip it all comes down to luck when u have like two, three spaces left
 
R/S/E had the best game corner.

HG/SS one is epic fail.

-.- This new game corner.........is a big middle finger to the U.S. The Japanese get the slots they should have kept the slot for us to! And the worst part is not being able to buy coins.
 
I don't like it!

Granted, this is something new. I'm also positive this is due to some soccer complaining about the casino looks of the older game corner.

I don't know if they took this out, or if they ever had this. However, if there was ever a lottery in G/S/C, and they didn't put it in HG/SS. It could go for the same reason.
 
If I wanted to play minesweeper, I'd boot up my computer instead of playing Pokemon... :( Slots.
 
Personally I think that it's ridiculous...I mean I hate that Gamefreak changed the game corners outside of Japan, because of butt-hurt parents who have nothing better to do than complain about a small thing in a video game...I mean I don't mind the Voltorb flip, but I hate, let me repeat that HATE the fact that I can no longer buy the coins...I think Gamefreak should have left the Slot machines and the Voltorb flip...I think the slot machines are a bit mind numbing, and the voltorb flip require a thought process...
 
HATE IT! I was excited to arrive at goldenrod to play the slots, head in:

"WTF?! Voltorb Flips? omfg this is dumb!"
 
I hate the new game corner, it has become so boring....................... takes the fun out of the game corner......

Considering I hated the original slot machines to, I'd have to say they're equal to me. XD
 
I miss the old classic game corner!! What the heck is this new one?!?! It just isn't fair that the Japanese game got to keep the original.
 
I personally did not like the slots or the voltorb thing. I only really enjoyed in R/S/E where you could pay like that game with the spinner and picking what it will be. I got so hooked on that.
 
Doing it based on luck alone is a horrid way though... You end up spending a large amount of time to win a small amount of coins. At least with Voltorb Flip you never lose coins, and you can gain a nice amount in a rather short enough amount of time. Or at least I can.
