New generations looking younger?

I think its because of the fact that as our age limit rises (like many years ago 60 was really old (i did not live tht time) so basicly since max age rises slowly so do the children where they look younger make the human race grow in years longer.
 
When I read the forum name, I thought you meant Pokémon lol.
I swear 8th graders are getting smaller and smaller (and ho-ier). I remember at the start of year 12, me and my friends were scoffing how short and baby-faced they all were.
My brother is almost 13 and I've seen a 10 year old that is taller than him (although that really doesn't prove the point .__.)
