    Ha, my bad.
    I'm 17, and i've been into playing pokemon since i've been about 5 (crazy young huh). So most of my life that i remember i've always been into this.
    I play a lot on my 3ds on alpha sapphire always trying to look for battles nowadays, and i'm always trying to learn new strategies from those battles along with getting input from others on forums like this, or videos from youtubers who are (in my opinion) good.
    That's just a little something something about me, ha

    I've been playing since 5 too! And yeah, pokemon has been a big part of my childhood. I've met my first friends because of pokemon and it helped me get into more general video gaming!     Yeah, 3DS Alpha Sapphire is what game I chose to get too; there are a ton of strategies out there with many great battlers to boot, which yeah, you can check out our competitive section as well as our battle server if you want to get some battles in, as well as learn up about competitive in general. I'm one of the regulars there, so, I'll be happy to help you out anytime. :3

    Hello to you too Superstitious! How is everything going for you?

    Great to see another one on Team Alpha Sapphire! I played Ruby out of the original games but then kept realizing that Kyogre was growing on me and hence I wanted to play Alpha Sapphire for the remakes. Groudon's Primal form may be the better of the two competitively but Kyogre's still a menace on its own and water is way better hahaha.

    Dragon probably mentioned our Battling & Team Building board if you're interested in competitive battling, although sadly I suck as a battler so don't expect me around there but I'm sure you'll fit in with their regulars well.
