New Pokemon or Forme Confirmed!

I really doubt the whole Ukalele Pichu thing. I mean, it is only the mascot of that specific game, as Plusle & Minun were for the previous game. I am relieved this update had nothing to do with the movie. There is still hope! ^_^
 
Ukaele Pichu? Umm, anyone notice the possible reference there to the Surfing Pikachu?
 
Coro coro did have a page on Movie 13 but it basically just showed us the things we know. Looks like we have to wait til next month to get more details. Im thinking the next issue might just give details on the Celebi Event, then maybe the next will be what we're waiting for. Just my opinon.

The preview says that they will be introducing a top secret Pokemon that is in the movie :p

Thanks Yaminokame, Im trying not to read into too much because I would certainly be surprised if any random pokemon like, Spiky Eared Pichu showed up. It could mean anything but its still exciting.
 
Is the fast that there hasn't been a new series announced? Could that mean a new generation of games/ anime etc?? Also the Phantom Ruler Z film cold be the last in the D/P series and even preview a new one!

I will laugh so flipping hard if one of those question marks is the Ukelele Pichu from pokemon ranger 3 XD
 
I would cry, though I dont see it fitting in but also, with the appearance and importance of the Johto Trio in both, it could happen but I doubt it. I guess you also consider the fact that there was a Pokemon Ranger in the Manaphy movie... seriously, I would blow steam if that happened. Pichu Overkill is what that would be. It would also make Spiky Eared Pichu less special to me.
 
Would be appropriate considering some things known about that third Pokemon Ranger game. When the first was out, that Manaphy Sea Crown movie was drifting around.

Johto Forme Deoxys looks doubtful. Thank Arceus.
 
New PokeBeach Update... this one clearly states the difference between a new pokemon and an existing one, and the movie will feature both. Cant wait now.
 
Video game magazine Famitsu has gained early access to this weekend's Tokyo World Hobby Fair and has posted a photo that shows a display advertising upcoming Pokemon movie 13 merchandise. Two question marks are among the products, with one saying "New Plush Pokemon (A) appearing in the movie" and "Plush Diamond and Pearl Pokemon (B) appearing in the movie." Click the thumbnail to the right for a larger image.

This exact same type of setup appeared two years ago for the Shaymin movie, with one of the question marks turning out to be Shaymin Sky Forme. It is outright stated that Pokemon A is a new Pokemon (whether that means brand new Pokemon or Forme, we do not know), though Pokemon B's status is a little ambiguous - it is stated to be a Diamond and Pearl Pokemon without the word "new," but why hide it? Could it be a new Forme of a 4th generation Pokemon or simply an existing Diamond and Pearl Pokemon that they are hiding just so fans don't know all of the products associated with the movie? As fans all we can do is speculate right now, but CoroCoro is set to reveal a "surprising" Pokemon that will be in the 13th movie in their next issue.

Yup, there are more hints at a new type of Pokemon although I'm not sure of the reliablility of the source as of yet.

I suspect fanart. I wouldn't cry if they did turn out to be the starters though, the fire-type in particular looks very cool.
 
I don't think they're starters either, due to the fact that there are two grass types.

I have a theory which might in fact be true.
Firstly,let's take a look at the info we got about Pokemon A.They said that it would be a Pokemon which would surprise us.Which evolution line of Pokemon has the least appearances?Porygon.Yes,ever since that darned episode aired which sent about 650 children into hospitals,Porygon has never seen the light of the day except for a few cameos.Porygon2 never appeared in the show.But now,while the D/P/Pt main season isn't over,Porygon-Z would never appear in the anime.

What do I make of this?The only Pokemon which would truly surprise us is a member of the Porygon family.Now,let's take a look at the other details:
In the movie name,Ruler of Illusion Z,there is a Z.While this could obviously be a new GenV Pokemon,it can also be the Porygon-Z I'm talking about.

Thirdly,the Porygon line is the only cyberworld Pokemon,which would lead to the fact that they can create illusions..But I don't suppose that they're the only Pokemon that can create such things.What I'm saying is that I might very well be wrong so don't quote me on this,as after all Porygon-Z is a Sinnoh Pokemon so it would have no reason to appear in a movie set in past Johto,unless they're also planning to show Porygon2 too and finally end the ban on this evolutionary line.
