    Hello everyone! This is one of my first forums, I joined a couple of forums in February, and I am a big fan of Pokemon so this seems like a great place to be. I will try my best to be active and contribute when I can.
    I'm not very good at introductions.. so a little background, I am a long time Pokemon games fan. When I was younger I collected the trading cards. I never actually played I just collected along with a lot of other TCGs.
    I played the games a lot up until a couple years ago. Pokemon White is the newest Pokemon game I own (also least favorite). I just recently started getting back into it again, but I don't have a 3DS now so I can't play OR/AS which sucks because Emerald may be my all time favorite. I think I might get a 3DS in the summer, but until then I will be active in the previous gen threads as much as possible!
    I love the old Pokemon movies, I think the newest one I've seen is the one with Giratina in it( don't remember name of it).

    Well, as an attempt not to make it too short, I've probably made it too long. Sorry about that but I look forward to my time on PC! :)
     
    I'm sure you'll love PC as much as your other forums, because we're quite different and our community is more like a family so you'll be good. Welcome aboard Spoon!

    I feel your pain of the lack of a 3DS because it almost feels like everyone has one now (even I'm one of those who has one right now) and are enjoying 6th Gen to the fullest, even more thanks to OR/AS. Given Hoenn is your fave region (I think) I'm sure you'll be able to play the remakes soon, but that's not to say older generations are nothing to forget about either. There are lots of Pokemon topics around the forums, and they're not just limited to the games so you'll definitely be having fun posting around.

    Anyhow, I hope you'll take time settling in and eventually getting around the forums, along with meeting new people as well. If you ever need anything, I'm always happy to talk to you or you can contact a staff member. I'll see you around the forums okay?

    Welcome to PC! I started out with the TCG too, and back then we didn't know how to play it either haha. It was just so much fun collecting and trading cards. I hope you'll have fun here, and not just stay in the gaming sections as there's so much more to chat about here. See you around :3

    I collected the cards when I was younger, but I did not play the actual TCG game. I collected for the pictures haha. I stopped with the release of Ruby and Sapphire though, so its been years since I have gotten any cards. Been thinking of picking up a pack recently for the fun of it haha. Maybe start collecting again.

    Anyway, we have sections for all the Pokemon games, anime, the TCG, etc! Everyone here is super nice and you will make friends in no time! We also have various non-Pokemon sections too, where you can discuss things like Movies, Music, etc.

    Haha yeah I only kept the actually pokemon and threw out the supports and stuff. I regret that as a couple years ago I was thinking about getting into actually playing but then I found that I had nothing but reg Pokemon. Thanks for the welcome, and see you around!

    Awe.. I loved B/W and B/W2. <3 Definitely would be awesome to get a 3DS sometime though, the Pokemon games are amazing on it. The sixth generation has brought many fans back to the franchise all for very good reasons.

    That said, welcome to PC, Spoon. :D Stick around and enjoy the forum! There are many things to do here and plenty of wonderful people to meet.
