'NICK!' 'What?' 'What?' 'What?'

My name is fairly uncommon where I'm from (Karl). I have however met a Carl in one of my Youth groups, and that's always a big confusion for me. I'm known as Karl with a K in that instance.

My name is too common, and sometimes while register is on I sometimes say 'Yes' to a person of the same name of me. (Why couldn't I be called Xaiver or Morty or one of those rare names. ;_;)

In high school there were 6 or 7 Davids in my grade and it got to be kinda confusing in some classes that had 4 or more of them in it. I didn't know anyone with my name so I never had any problems.

My name is Nicole and everyone has that name. It was in the top 20 of most popular baby names in my birth year. I don't have many friend with that as a first name, but a few as a middle name and it's more than obnoxious. I wish my name was Nicolette. :c
I have three older cousins named Nicole and it was still one of the names my parents considered before I was born.

My RL name (Ana) is waaaaaaay too common everywhere, even in PC when we also have a mod named Ana. xD So, today, my RL friends call me Ani or Anita and I've grown with it since. And online-wise, a friend of mine started calling me Megan because of my love for Meganium, so I decided to stick with that instead.

I have two cousins named Danny, all the same age as me. In my 50-something filled class, there are 5 people with the same name.

My name is Rankurusu and my last name is Gochiruzeru. Seriously. My name is one of a kind.

You fell for that? I tricked you because I'm plain awesome. Anyway, my real name is, err.. let's skip that. My name is unique and I've never knew anyone with my name before. [well there's this guy I found in FB who has my name but I don't know them] And I'm not telling you :P

Pokemon Trainer Touko, Diamond1304, Aura.Lucario and Ink Heart, please don't tell them my real name ><

I really don't have this problem because my first name is rather uncommon as a first name (though it's VERY common as a middle or last name).

It wasn't until college that I had a class with someone with the same first name as me.

^ Heh, in my year 7 form class, we had two Joshua's (Honestly, the most unoriginal, boring names ever) and well, one of thems fat and he had use call him "Chunky." we've been calling him it for like, 4 years now. xD

My name's Harvey, it isn't exactly a common name, and a lot of people always mention to me that they like my name. xD Although, I have seen quite a few people with Harvey as their surname. xD

Oddly enough, as common as the name "Thomas" is, I've only really met three others in my life. Two of them are in my family. XD

In any case, I've almost always gone by "Tommy" to designate my relative youth compared to the other two Thomases in my family...but then when I was a teenager, there was a female "Tommie" married into my family (it's short for Tomasita, but still...). XD

My name's Marciano, and so far I've only met 2 people with my name IRL, and none online. Most people think it's a pain in the ass to pronounce though, that's why I got a ton of nicknames.

I have never seen anyone with a similar name to mine, which is Aiden. I don't know anyone with that name, or at least with the same spelling. I was told there was someone similar in the year above me, but I haven't met them yet. So, no, my name is very uncommon, and is the only one I know of.

I haven't met anyone with my name before, except for my dad and one of my great uncles so my name has never clashed with any one else's. In my group of friends there are people who's names clash such as people with common names like Anna, Emma, Jacob, etc.

No one I know has the name Calissa. And no one has my last name either soo...my name is unique. Sad because apparently it's hard to pronounce too. -_-

Two of my three housemates last year all had variants of 'Jon'. There was me, another Jonathan and a John. I became known as JSTOR (a pun on my actual name as well as the journal database of the same name); the second Jonathan became JB, as his surname started with B; the John became known as 'McKinley' due to that being his surname, but then we started having fun with it and calling him 'McStinkley', 'McWrinkley', 'McPinkley' et al, to wind him up. Fun times!
