Hey guys. So i'm fairly new to the whole online battling side of Pokemon, and I finally decided to make my own team. After looking around quite a lot, this is the team I decided to make.

    Notes:
    -They're not IV Trained
-I'm not completely sure what the Evs are

    Chandelure (F) @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Flash Fire
EV's: 252 Sp Atk/ for the rest mainly speed
Nature: Quiet (+Sp Atk, -Spd) (I am to lazy to breed a **** ton of eggs and I'm quite unlucky with those as well)
    -Energy Ball
    -Psychic
    -Flamethrower
    -Shadow ball

    Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
    Trait: Poison heal
    EV's: Mainly speed and attack.
    Nature: Jolly (-Atk, + Spd)
    -Earthquake
    -Brick break
    -Arial ace
    -Stone edge

    Venusaur (M) @ Venusaurite
    Trait: Overgrow
EV's: Not trained yes (What should I train)
    Nature: Serious (Neutral)
    (Not sure about this, suggest?)
    -Energy ball
    -Frenzy plant
    -Earthquake
    -Sludge bomb

    Hydreigon (F) @ Draco plate
    Trait: Levitate
Nature: Rash (Sp atk+, sp def-)
EV's: Mainly Sp atk and speed
    -Flamethrower
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Hyper Voice
    -Dark Pulse

    Lapras (F) @ Mystic water
    Trait: Water absorb
    Nature: Docile (Neutral)
EV's: Not trained yet, probably going special?
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice beam
    -Psychic
    -Surf

    Eelektross (F) @ ???
    Trait: Levitate
    Nature: Jolly (Speed+, Sp Atk-)
EV's: Attack, and probably going to be speed.
    -Wild Charge
    -Dragon claw (?)
    -Brick Break (?)
    - ???

Some feedback would greatly be appreciated!

Well, you've got a lot of things in your ass to do :D
Let me recommend some things I know.

    Chandelure(F) @choice specs
    Ability: Infiltrator
    Nature: Jolly/Modest
    EV's: 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
    -Shadow Ball
    -Energy Ball
    -Psychic
-Flamethrower/Fire Blast(if your feeling lucky with your aims)

This is a standard choice specs chandelure set, very effective in competitive scene. Why Choice specs? Chandelure has sky high 145 SpA, plus choice specs = 217.5 = gg. You just need to be careful againts faster foes or some priority users, e.g., Azumarill. Because chandelure has some pretty low defense stats.
Shadow Ball, stab, very efficient. Flamethrower, stab. Energy Ball, for some nice weakness coverage. Psychic, another stab.

    Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
    Trait: Poison heal
    EV's: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spe
    Nature: Impish
    -Earthquake/rock slide
    -stealth rock
    -toxic
    -protect

Gliscor is a very annoying pokemon, he can act either as a setter, a support, or spammer(with toxic). Toxic, spam poison, annoys your foe. Protect, to buy a turn for your poison heal and toxic. EQ, optional, I'd prefer rock slide, considering the 30% flinch chance. And Stealth rock, entry hazzards.

    Venusaur (M) @Venusaurite
    Ability: Thick Fat
    EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpA
    Bold Nature
    - Leech Seed
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Giga Drain
    - Protect/Rest

Venusaur is a monters. With thick fat, it can withstand any ice or fire type attacks. This guy is very bulky man, lots of defenses and and HP.
This set is typical venusaur build. However, this set never gets old. Protect, another thing to buy some turn for leech seed.

    Hydreigon @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Flamethrower/fire blast
    - Dark Pulse
    - Draco Meteor
    - Roost/u-turn

Yet another choice specs monster. High SpA and Spe, which makes him suitable for choice specs. Just some hit and run tactics. Draco Meteor, switch. That's how you do it. m/

    Eelektross @ Expert Belt
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 160 SpA / 92 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Thunder Wave
    - Knock Off
    - Volt Switch

    Lapras will probably be fine.
    Yeah...

I think that this is what you'll wanna do with Lapras:

    -Lapras w/Assault Vest
    Nature: Modest/Quiet
    Ability: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Attack, 4 Sp.Defense
Moves: Freeze Dry, Hydro Pump/Surf, Ice Shard, Psychic/Thunderbolt

Max HP EVs and Assault Vest gives Lapras great special bulk. Freeze Dry is a fantastic move, hitting all the Water/Flying and Water/Ground Pokemon, Ludicolo, Kingdra, etc, for 4x super-effective damage instead of just for neutral damage, which is great.

    - Thunder Wave
    - Knock Off

    Yeah...
Why would Chandelure be Jolly? That wastes away its good Special Attack:
    -Fire Blast
    -Shadow Ball
    -Hidden Power (Fighting/Ice)
    -Trick/Energy Ball
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Flash Fire/Infiltrator

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Fire Blast/Will-o-Wisp
    -Taunt
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 160 HP/156 SAtk/192 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire/Infiltrator

Rock Slide doesn't see much use on Gliscor really. The only non-Ground offensive move it should really bother with is Knock Off, which has excellent utility in removing non-Mega Stone items, or Acrobatics as a secondary STAB if you can find a way to get rid of Gliscor's Toxic Orb after it gets poisoned:

    -Earthquake
    -Acrobatics
    -Taunt/Toxic/Fling/Stealth Rock
    -Roost
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/56 Def/200 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Earthquake/Knock Off
    -Toxic/Knock Off/Stealth Rock
    -Taunt/Stealth Rock
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/184 SDef/72 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Substitute/Knock Off
    -Toxic
    -Protect
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/20 Def/236 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

Mega Venusaur should focus on full defense or full offense. Trying to make it do both at once is a waste. It also has access to (semi-)reliable recovery in Synthesis, making Rest a nonviable option:
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Sleep Powder/Leech Seed/Hidden Power (Fire)/Earthquake/Knock Off
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Bold/Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/240 Def/16 Spe
    Item: Venusaurite

    or
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 232 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef/20 Spe
    Item: Venusaurite

Hydreigon should use a Modest nature, since 98 Speed is an awkward speed tier to be in and it still gets outsped by plenty of things even with a Timid nature:
    -Dark Pulse
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Focus Blast/Flash Cannon/U-turn
    Nature: Modest/Mild/Rash
    EVs: 24 HP/252 SAtk/232 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs

And I wouldn't even use Eelektross or Lapras. While the former has good coverage moves, it doesn't have the Speed to back them up and its Speed is pretty bad. Lapras is also outclassed as a bulky Water because of its terrible defensive typing.

Wash Rotom fits the Electric/Water role:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold/Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/212 Def/44 Spe (Bold) or 252 HP/212 SDef/44 Spe (Calm)
    Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Will-o-Wisp
    -Trick/Thunderbolt
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

With these changes, you're left with 5 Pokemon, and a Steel Pokemon like Ferrothorn can work in the last slot:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    -Power Whip/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Iron Barbs

And for the IVs? If they all have to be retrained, I might to these as well :D

    ---

Or is there an easier way to get these?

    -Energy Ball
    -Psychic
-Flamethrower/Fire Blast(if your feeling lucky with your aims)

Definitely think you mean Timid/Modest. A Jolly nature on a Chandelure would be quite the crippling setback.

You breed for IVs, train for EVs.

Gen 6 did make breeding a whole lot easier, but if you have trouble understanding the specifics of breeding and/or don't have good breeding stock, try looking around in the numerous Trade Shops we have here on PC. They might have what you need.

I don't think I would have anything to offer to trade for, other then a Shiny Swampert, Shiny Gible and Rayquaza. I don't even know if they're legit, the Swampert is from wonder trade and the Gible and Rayquaza from a friend (They're all in Y)

Hah, most of the trade shops are very generous and just take pride in sharing their work with other trainers. I know I'd be glad to throw some 4-5 IV stuff your way for literally nothing in exchange. And once you have the starting points for breeding, the rest is really just doing it. Get your Destiny Knot 'n Power Items and go ham.

Oh yeah, and there's no such thing as a 'trait' - it's an ability yo :U We just got back to Ruby and Sapphire, the games that introduced *abilities*. It should say in game next to their ability, what their ability is. Abilities are those things that give them unique in game abilities to do things outside moves. Abilities.
