Issue: Notifications

In the little box in the corner it says:

Your Notifications: 2

But I don't. It tells me that I have two unread private messages but I don't. Its not a huge problem, but its a little annoying. I think this may have happened last night when I was having a conversation with someone and I reloaded the page... I've done that before without problems though.

This happens a lot with both Visitor Messages and Private Messages.
From my experience, it can be cleared up by clicking on the last two PM's that you have received.
(Like you were reading them.)

If this doesn't work, then I would suggest that you send yourself a private message; then delete it.
One of these methods should work, but if they don't; I apologize.

For PMs, you should try moving the offending PMs into another folder. If that doesn't work, try logging out and back in. This has been a common problem, so remember to do a search in future.

This issue has come up several times, and for private messages, seems we also have that solution while I searched...

You could also click the highest tick box, next to the total messages, then scroll down and click the "Move to folder.." option, then select "Mark as read" for each page of your inbox. That's all I can suggest for now, but I hope it helps!

If it does that for visitor messages... Simply post on your profile and delete it, then that will go away. :D
