that is a bad hack. clear by the ot. from some garbage streamer/youtuber that distributes worthless gen hacks. shiny genesect was only available to japan and korea in gen 5 for japan and korea and can only be in their respective language. this is an edit of the GF genesect

From the OT alone, I can tell that Genesect is 100% hacked; ShinyGTS.com makes it obvious. But for the Diancie, the actual OT should be "NOV14", not "NOVEMBER14". If it's not, then that's definitely hacked too. I'd also take a safe guess that it is hacked if it was obtained from the same Trainer.

The Ditto seems like a normal Max Raid Ditto to me (always has a minimum of 4 IVs). I would be a bit skeptical of someone trading you a shiny Ditto depending on what you traded for it, but I'm aware of a bug (or feature?) that allows people to catch a Raid Pokemon as many times as they want before it resets at midnight, so if this person had friends to help them exploit it then I can see that they're more willing to give them away. Either way, nothing really strange to me.

You're right to feel a little worried about it being caught in a Pokeball, and it does seem weird that it's both shiny and optimal nature (even if you ignore the fact that someone traded this over Wonder Trade). However, RNG abuse is a thing and I know from myself that cloning shinies and sending them over Wonder Trade is a great way to make other people happy... Have you unlocked the IV Checker in your save file yet? Having a look at it's original IV values will provide more insight for sure. By getting the IV Checker, you can see on the summary screen roughly what the Pokemon's IVs are.

Spoiler: Example

Palkia should have at least 3 'Best' IVs of course (being a Legendary), but more than 4 or so would be very sketchy indeed.

I would be carefull with that one, traded in wonder box, not knowing what you get in return, thats fishy in my opinion.
And they are trading hacked mons that make your game crash, better to not trade for a while, untill that problem is fixed, also not surprise trade or link trade in sword and shield, just dont trade in general.
I would release it, its very fishy in my oppion.

Nothing about this Pokemon stands out as an obvious hack, so it seems to be safe.

The biggest thing for WonderTrade shinies is to consider if someone would ever really give away a valuable Pokemon for a random Pidgey. It definitely happens, but it's safer to consider that the Pokemon you received is a clone, at bare minimum.

So it depends on how you look at that.
Yes its a legendary, but you can get as many as you like with a bit of patience.
Dont know if everybody already knows this.
On the other hand if they only have sword, they can not get it, without trading.
