Actually, it would be 2%. But even half a dozen evos (4%) wouldn't be too excessive, compared to 4th gen.
First off, I'll be up front about this: I don't believe it. But Snowy actually found it on 2ch and someone else asked for it to be translated 'n stuff, so I'll do it. Plus the type combinations are worth sparking some discussion!

Pokabu (fire) -> Tateishishi (fire/dark) -> Mimonoshishi (fire/dark) Last Evo's base stats:

» Def: 80
» SpAtk: 80
» SpDef: 100
» Speed: 40

A ground Cobra perhaps :\???From what I'm looking at, it's doubtful that Tsutaaja would become part ground. It's sort of unusual, especially if it's final evolution is supposedly a Cobra...

If memory serves it was actually...wasn't that cobra thing along with the fake Tauros evo?
But that really doesn't make sense. For Torterra, it sorta did, seeing as it was a turtle, and it just fit it's characteristics. But for a Cobra? It's sorta hard to imagine that as part ground.
I actually thought the people that does the English versions of the games don't care too much of their Japanese names and just name the Pokemon based on what species/objects they are and maybe a pun or two. Then again, I'm not knowledgeable of Japanese. D:Y'know, I was browsing serebii not too long ago and I noticed something...
The English names for some Pokemon were drastically different from their Japanese names. In other words, it didn't sound like or relate to them at all. Unless I'm missing a translation of some sort, then they just...aren't familiar. For example, Slowbro. It's Japanese name is Yadoran. I mean, pretend that we've never seen this Pokemon before, and we've recently just saw a photo of it. We wouldn't gauge out the name "Slowbro" at first, wouldn't we? I mean, the English name turns out to be so drastically different from the Japanese name, so I was thinking that maybe this applied to this generation, too.
With Tsutaaja, Pokabu, and Mijimaru, maybe their English names come to be something that's drastically different from their Japanese names, too. I know, I'm using a Gen I Pokemon as an example, but even then, this still applies to even Gen IV.
Turtwig = Naetoru
Chimchar = Hikozaru
Piplup = Pochama
I dunno, I just felt the need to bring this up. Maybe the English names for the Pokemon that we know of already, or maybe in this generation as a whole(including the Pokemon that we haven't seen) would be drastically different from something that we would normally expect them to be.
For example, I don't understand where people got Smugleaf from and Wooter as names for Tsutaaja and Mijimaru. If anything, I highly doubt that's going to be their English names, and I'd rather stick to the Japanese names since...those names aren't something that's going to grow on me, that's for sure.
Dunsparce was, I think, the exception.

:laugh:
Anyway, I thik Tsutarja will be Grass/Dark. It looks Dark, sneaky, a little twerp, oh I love it! :D I strongly doubt it's /Ground. I wouldn't like it anyway, also Pokabu looks to sweet to be /Dark. Ground/Dark/Fighting doesn't work in that Fighting... Oh, it works :( I guess this could be true...
