    Rayquaza represented the Sky, while Groudon and Kyogre represented the Land and Oceans.
    So they are related in this way of controlling the different types of... things that you see around you.

    Rayquaza was never the 'trio master' actually. It was just the one who calmed things down.
    Groudon and Kyogre was enraged, so a third one was needed to calm them down.
    If Team Aqua didn't exist, and a Team Ozone existed, then Kyogre would calm things down.

    But really, what else is there to represent in a set besides light and dark?
    Balance? Nah...
    maybe the third is sort of light and dark put together other then something calming them down. think about it yin and ying balace each other

    wat if the third ledgendery is like yin and yang put together because u=yin and yang balance itself so theres no need for a higher power to calm the dragons down

    Anyway, I thik Tsutarja will be Grass/Dark. It looks Dark, sneaky, a little twerp, oh I love it! :D I strongly doubt it's /Ground. I wouldn't like it anyway, also Pokabu looks to sweet to be /Dark. Ground/Dark/Fighting doesn't work in that Fighting... Oh, it works :( I guess this could be true...

    You aren't supposed to be able to guess much about the pokemon from it's first form. I would have never guessed Piplup would become Water/Steel from looking at him. I never would have guessed that Chimchar would become Fire/Fighting either.

    Basically what I am saying is: The typings of the starter's final form will and is supposed to surprise you.

    I just remembered the legend of Genbu the snake attacked to the Turtle...
    Snake=Tsutaaja, Turtle=Turtwig...

    Genbu is the Black Tortoise that has a Snake for a tail... xD

    Sick! I hope this is true!

    More rumours from PokeJungle (Possible Pokemon)
    Yogame – Bipedal turtle, war-like

    Soraion – Could have an appearance like this
    Daneira – (still a mystery)
    Ushikatsu – Fat cow (Miltank evo Hopefully!?)
    Supaddosu – Evil looking insect (Bug Legendary?)

    Plus this

    Also, one more thing that blue skY covered was apparently a 'Play-Doh' packaging leak that showed an upcoming product with the pokemon. These were the names that were allegedly revealed: Onokussu and Burokku.

    This.

    I tend to not speculate the starters' final forms because it's hard to guess how they'll look like in their final forms. For sure though at least the final forms will be grass, water, and fire.

    Lizards = Dinosaurs
    Lizards have nests.

    Ononokusu shares nothing in common with insects. Neither does his potential prevo Kibago.

    if light type was made it would be good against ghost and dark and be weak steel and water
    steel would be immune to it
    and it would be immune to fire as fire has no effect on light really
    and would possibly heal grass types (would be good on my team for doubles if it did)
    all offensive moves would be laser based
    have lots of support moves (pp regain maybe)
    lot of accuracy altering moves
    possibly 2 type attacks (solarbeam light/grass)
    would render wondertomb useless
    multiple advantages to adding it i like the idea but it probably wont happen

    pokemon type changes
    lumineon light/water
    gardevoir light/psychic
    blissy light/normal

    Bold is my edit. You have done some good research, but much of it doesnt really make sense.

    If Light type existed it would be the end of Pokemon.
    Even though I'm not all for a light type Pokemon, I don't think it'll be the end of Pokemon. The mechanics of the games will just have to be adjusted a bit in terms of resistance and weaknesses, like when Gold and Silver came. Pretty much just get use to if that were happen, but yeah I don't think it'll happen at least for this generation because the games are coming soon and there's no info on it yet.

    I think you mean "Pokemon is RUINED FOREVER!"

    But I'm agreeing with Twilight Sky. I'm sure that by now, we would have heard something about the Light-type if it was included.

    Adorable. I'd like to see that. Hopefully that rumor has some basis in truth, since angels are some of my favorite things. A more Pokemon-ized version would swiftly become one of my favorites.

    As for lamassu versus gryphon, I'd prefer the gryphon, since a human head on a Pokemon would be kind of creepy. Like the bishop fish. That thing...

    Wait....someone said something about an angel Pokemon? Sadly that post was really long and I didn't read much of it(I was confused in what direction the thread was going but yeah xD) but I'm assuming it was about possible Pokemon, and putting two and two together I've pretty much figured it out.
    It could be an angel Pokemon. "Ban" translates (depending on how it's written) to either "evening" or "watch; guard". "Kan" can translate to "emperor" or "recommend; advise" or "intuition". It does fit the idea of an angel Pokemon. A guardian who gives advice. Yeah, that's one role of an angel. Maybe the "ban" could mean Dark, but I think that's pushing things, hoping for a fallen angel.

    And I'm fully willing to be corrected on my very weak Japanese skills if I'm wrong.

    I'm also surprised at the lack of an angel Pokemon. Unless it was being avoided to not offend anyone. But I'd like to see one.

    Yogame
    Yo means world
    Ga means moth
    Me means sprout or eye
    A worldly moth that sprouts from an eye o.o

    Yoga = Yoga :D
    G(K)ame = Turtle
    Turtle that does yoga...must be slowest thing in existance...

    Kanbaneri
    Kan means a lot of things... crown fits the angel thing
    Ban means a lot of things as well... record fits
    Eri means neck
    An angel with a halo around its neck playing a record xD

    Kan = Heaven (as in Christian's Heaven)
    Kanban = Sign
    Eri...well it means neck as you said, can't really think what name would mean, so much possibilities.

    Soraion
    So means former
    Rai means defeat
    On means sound (I think)
    Something that was formerly defeated by sound? xD

    Sora = Sky
    Rai = Thunder
    Raion = Lion
    On = Sound
    Well, Lion in the sky that roar sounds like thunder?

    Daneira
    Dan means mandala
    Nei means flattery
    Ira means thorn
    A mandala thorn that flatters others o.o

    Ushikatsu
    Ushi means cattle
    Katsu means to win
    Cattle FTW xD

    Ushi = Cow
    Katsu = Cutlet (abbr)
    :D:D:D

    Supaddosu
    Su means nest
    Dosu means yakuza sword
    Guess the insect lives in a nest and is shaped like a yakuza sword... either that or I fail xD

    Supa = Slice to dices
    Dosu = Yakuza Style'd Sword.
    It seems it is insect with arms like Yakuza swords that dice :D

    Onokussu
    Ono means axe
    Ku means nine
    Su means nest
    Fail xD

    Ono = Axe
    Oku = Hundred Million, To Place
    Usu = Stone
    To Place hundred million axes to stone? :D

    Burokku
    Bu means rate
    Rokku means lock or rock...
    Fail again

    As mentioned Burokku is romanization from Block, but also:

    Bu = Despise
    Uro = Detour
    Ro = Oar
    Rokku = Rock
    Ku = probably Passage in this meaning.

    Despise detours when your oar to rocky passage? :D

    But yeah, I think Block for Burokku is good enough :P

    o.o

    Okay there is my answers, they are in BOLD of course :P
