thats bull. no one can force you to do something you dont want to do. he did it willingly and is just making up an excuse on why he did it.
 
He says he had 4 people hold guns up to him to drink...I'm having a hard time believing him though.

But an adult gave him the beer. A LEGAL ADULT gave a TEENAGER beer knowing he was too young
 
Of course, best thing to find out is if he was forced or not.

But either way, he is under influence, and can be a danger to you at anytime and disgrace my eyes with waste.

The age gap I seem to see doesn't make the situation any better anyways.

You sure he wasn't drunk when he said this? But seriously, you should distacne himself from him. I mean, imagine if he were drunk and you were with him, he might go psycho and start beating the crap out of you like a crazy, angry, wasted, law breaking, hooligan(sp?). That said, why was he even drinking in the first place? If pains me to see how many young, beautiful, otherwise good kids with a bright, great future ahead of them ruin their life by drinking alcohol as a way to have fun, or cope with with their problems. Also, you shouldn't hang with a gang member, BTW.

Yeah, right. That's some stupid BS right there, he's probably so desperate and drunk, and even if it were true, he could have said no.


Anyways, he sure got lucky enough as to not be arrested, however, he still have his parents to deal with.

Idk about the MMA, but I know for a god given fact he was in the Bloods. He wasn't drunk, he was sober, he wasn't high eiher.
 
If he was in a gang? Then damn. If I were you I would slap him and make sure he is down dead and come to Texas were compared to that would probably be a safe-haven.

And why wasn't he arrested if he is in a gang? No more Billy Bob Sense there either. It's bad enough already.

That's what you think, for all you know, he could have killed a few already/been involved in a killing and lied to you about it/haven't told you about it. Thing is, people lie to protect those they care about, or to hide something that will make them socially unnaceptable in the eyes of others.
 
Oh my God!. Drinking is bad. He shouldn't be doin that because he is underage. Also as what as have others said. He really deserved to be arested. It's because underage is prohibited!.

But drinking underage himself doesn't mean he's harming others, in which case there's really no grounds for arrest.... I wouldn't see the justice in arresting him for that.
 
I find it strange how everyone's all "He's underage! He's underage! People underage don't do that!" when the truth to the matter is, just about every teenager I know (and I'm sure this applies to many, many others) have friends who've drunk. Even if it was only one time, or every weekend. Regardless of how frequent it was, there are a lot of underage kids drinking these days. It's not something all that rare compared to how it used to be.
 
It's not that big of a deal, he might get a ticket and the cop will talk to his parents. Chances are, depending on where you live, the cop will just talk to his parents with no legal punishment unless he did something really dumb.
 
I have no idea how many times the cops talked to Loren or were looking for him.

I just hope I can talk to him today bout all this and he will be sober.
 
If he was doing something stupid to get arrested, fair enough, but I think people are being waaaay too harsh about the whole drinking thing. I can't think if anything I'd rather do on a Friday night than hang out with my friends at a pub and get smashed and it's been that way since I was about 13 or so.

Illegal? Pssh. Whatever... I guess it's just normal in Britain. I'm sure most of you would go drinking every weekend under-age if you lived over here.
