One of Rarest Pokémon card in the WORLD?

Hi I'm new,

I recently joined because recently I was clearing the attic and stumbled upon a Pokémon card of my brothers which is over 20 years old. I searched online and found the card but not this version. Wartortle 42/102 it's Holographic the complete card. It isn't a fake as I know it's over twenty years old. I have searched for days and have never seen this card holographic. The edges are holographic also the complete card. I read there might only be one or two in the world?

Can anyone shed light on this enigma?

Can you take a picture of it? Does it look like this?

We're doing to need to see the actual card before being able to give you info. But, sadly, I'm leaning towards counterfeit.

If it does, in fact, have a collector number of 42/102 and is fully holo, I can say with 99.99% confidence it's counterfeit. I cannot find evidence of a variant of the Base Set Wartortle that is fully holo that was ever officially printed.

Just being over 20 years old doesn't mean it can't be fake. Lots of fakes were circulated during the early days of the TCG. But yeah, to my knowledge, a holo Wartortle 42/102 (Base Set Wartortle) would be fake. A photo or scan may help confirm.
