One Piece Mafia​

The Story​

The story begins after the Strawhats are separated by Kuma, the Warlord, to hone their own skills. And now, 2 years after, the Strawhats are slowly arriving to the Sabaody Archipelago, wanting to meet up with each other. However, the marines have already gotten wind of the situation and sent the three admirals and Akainu, the fleet admiral, to try and get them into custody. After the war, the pirate crew have been a danger to the Marines and they wanted to finish it once and for all.

Will the Strawhats be able to reunite again or will the Marines catch them? Or will the Yonkou, an ever-present threat be able to disrupt the plans of the two factions? Who knows.

This will be a regular mafia based on the manga, One Piece. The Strawhats will be your townies or uninformed majority while the Marines will be your mafia or informed minority. I and Desinishon will be your co-GM and let?s start killing each other now.

Roles
Townies:

Spoiler:

Monkey D. Luffy- As a rubber man, you are immune to most projectiles and attacks. This allows you to survive one extra hit before dying. (BULLETPROOF)

Zoro- Your power with the sword allows you to have a kill during the night phase. (VIGILANTE)

Nami- As a great navigator, you can track the movements of the currents and pirates. You can watch a person each night to see if he/she is visited by another player.(WATCHER)

Usopp- Your observation haki is commendable. As such, you can investigate the roles of other players. (INVESTIGATOR)

Vinsmoke Sanji- Your bounty poster is noted to be "ONLY ALIVE." If killed, you can take out another person with you as the Vinsmoke family will certainly retaliate. (BOMB)

Chopper- As the crew's doctor, you can heal one person per night. (DOCTOR)

Robin- You know the secrets of the void century, thus allowing you the secrets of notable people. Upon your death, a player's role will be revealed. (ORACLE)

Franky- A great shipwright, you can fabricate a real vest or a sword to give to a person. (GUNSMITH/VESTMAKER)

Brook- Your devil fruit abilities is immortality. You can bestow your life to another player during the night phase. If that player is hit, you die in their place. (BODYGUARD)

Jinbei: Your expertise with Fishman Karate earned you great renown. Anyone who attacks you will die. (GRANNY)

Trafalgar D. Water Law: The Ope Ope no Mi allows you to switch the personalities of two people. With this, you can temporarily switch the actions of two people during the next night phase. If Franky is involved in the switch, the new user gives out rigged items. Fails if a third party is targeted. (SWITCHER)

Nefertari Vivi: You are a royalty. As such, you can overturn once per game the effects of a day vote. You will be revealed upon using the action. (GOVERNOR)

Mafia

Spoiler:

Sakazuki- when investigated you will be revealed as an innocent. (GODFATHER)

Borsalino- you can blind people temporarily using your light powers, thus distracting them from their actions. (ESCORT)

Fujitora- Your gravity powers can flatten somebody to the ground and will silence him/her during the next day phase. (SILENCER)

Ryokugyu- you are not yet known to the world. you can choose a character and, upon their death, their role will only be revealed to you. (JANITOR)

Third Party

Spoiler:

Charlotte Linlin- You don't die when hit during the night phase. However, when you're targeted during this phase, you should be lynched during the day phase for you to win. If not, you die. (BASICALLY, she will win if she is lynched when mafia/zoro hit her during the night) (ALIEN)

Kaidou of the Beast- You badly wanted to die, going to great lengths to kill yourself. You win if you're lynched. Doesn't count if NKd. (FOOL)

Marshall D. Teach- You hide in the darkness and behind somebody at the beginning of the game. You win if that person is still alive at the end of the game. Doesn't count if you're dead at the end of the game. Will take on the ability of the first person to get lynched/killed. (PSEUDO-ANGEL/ PSEUDO-AMNESIAC)

Shanks- Your use of Emperor's Haki is so great you can nullify all night actions for one night. You win if you survive until the end. (DISRUPTOR)

Rules!

* Follow all Pok?community wide rules.

* When you vote, format it as some variation of [LYNCH]Player. Things like KILL or VOTE are acceptable too.

* Going 2 days without voting may result in you being removed for inactivity. ( and yeah this is for real)

* Keep discussion within the thread, or the discord servers for this game.

* Upon death, you are allowed one death post. You may not reveal any game related information here.

* Send your night actions to Desi or me. You can send NA on discord to Desi.

*You may NOT abstain. Changing votes is fine though!

*In the event of a tie, the player lynched will be RNG'd.
