    For whomever likes One Piece, who's heard about the new movie? I can't wait for it to come out in America (If it ever does, there's always fansubs right?). If I lived in Japan I would definetly buy tickets to see it. Is anyone else as excited about this movie as I am?

    Despite being a really big fan of the One Piece series, I've never actually seen any of the movies. I'm not sure what this one is about, but I guess I'll give a watch once released. Btw, what movie had the guy with candy Logia?

    The only ones worth seeing are the ninth and the sixth. I forgot his name, but he's the main villian of the 5th movie (Which sucked btw). Another fact that might pique your interest is that Oda wrote the story for this movie. That fact alone get's me excited.
     
    I forgot which one piece movie it was where Luffy first found out about gear second, anyways sometimes the movie's connect to the storyline as well. i'm hoping this one does.

    That was movie 7. And I agree that it was interesting that the movie played a part in the main plot (Albeit unofficially). This movie seems to be doing that also.

    The main villian, Kinjishi, was mentioned during the Impel Down arc in the manga as the first person to break out of the prison. Apparently the movie is about that whole situation regarding him. The anime is having a filler arc soon relating to the movie, which I think you'll find has interesting information about the movie (But I can't confirm this seeing as they haven't aired yet).
     
    I can't wait to see this film. I have watched all of the other ones and all of the episodes. I am a huge fan and hope this film will be good. Not looking forward to the filler arc in the anime though.

    Who DOES look forward to fillers? If the fillers have all the straw hats together I won't mind as much, I've started to miss them :(. They do relate to the tenth movie however, so maybe we'll get good fillers (Boy, that would be weird :shocked:)
     
    The only One Piece movies I've seen are "Dessert Princess and the pirates" and that alternate story of meeting Chopper.
