OU BoostPass

Well I don't know if the strategy has come to have an official name, but I kind of like BoostPass. The plan is simple enough, boost stats and then Baton Pass them onto Aggron to give him an ATK boost to match his massive Def or too one of the two sweepers.

Smeargle @Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo

-Spore
-Stealth Rock
-Shell Smash
-Baton Pass

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Sp. Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk)

Info: Smeargle is designed to function in two ways depending on the situation. Either it can Spore the enemy and set up stealth rock or it can Shell Smash and then pass the boost on to one of the other pokemon. Focus Sash keeps Smeargle alive long enough to do this, but it is pretty much disposable after it has achieved one of these things.

Scolipede @Black Sludge
Ability: Speed Boost

-Swords Dance
- Baton Pass
-Substitute
-Megahorn

EVs: 248 HP / 208 Sp. Def / 52 Spe
Nature: Jolly (+Sp. Atk, -Atk)

Info: Speed boost is great, not only does it give Scolipede an advantage but it works really well in conjuction with Baton Pass. Furthermore substitute can be employed to allow for a swords dance or two (as well as more speed boosts) before Scolipede passes the stat boosts onto Espeon, Aggron or Azumarill.

Espeon @Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce

-Stored Power
-Baton Pass
-Dazzling Gleam
-Morning Sun

Evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Nature: Bold (+Sp. Atk, -Atk)

Info: After having boosts in Speed and offensive stats thrown at it, a bulky Espeon is quite dangerous. With boosted speed (possibly Sp. Atk) it can sweep, especially with STAB Stored power. The investment in it's Defence and HP, as well as Morning Sun, allow Espeon to take a lot of hits as well as deal them out. Finally, Dazzling Gleam creates good coverage for dealing with those pesky dark types.

Aggron @Aggronite
Ability: Heavy Metal/Filter

-Stealth Rock
-Heavy Slam
-Head Smash
-Aqua Tail

EVs: 130 ATK / 126 Def / 252 Sp. Def
Nature: Impish (+Def, -Sp. Atk)

Info: Aggron's primary use is to dole out as much hurt as it can whilst taking little damage to itself. It's enormous weight allows for a very nasty Heavy Slam whilst its extra Atk Evs give it a nice boost to its other moves which provide reasonable coverage and hit decently hard. Shell Smash can be passed to MegaAggron resulting in it getting slightly lower, but still pretty good Def but a greatly boosted Speed and Atk.

Hydreigon @Expert Belt
Ability: Levitate

-Dark Pulse
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Flash Cannon

EVs: 252 Sp. Atk / 4 Sp. Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk)

Info: Hydreigon is my Special sweeper. Even without being passed a stat raise from Venomoth, Smeargle or Mew it is already murderously powerful even being able to take out fairies with a massive Sp. Atk, good Spe and a boost from the Expert Belt. When boosted, especially with Quiver Dance, it becomes almost unstoppable.

Azumarill @ Expert Belt
Ability: Huge Power

- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Power-Up Punch

EVs: 252 HP / 252 ATK / 4 Sp. Def
Nature: Adament (+Atk, - Sp. Atk).

Info: Azumarill is the physical counterpart to Hydreigon. Expert Belt + Huge Power + Decent HP +Adament Nature + This EV Spread = Formidable. It does suffer from it's slow speed but Aqua JEt can hit reasonably hard with this set and it has priority so that weakness is offset. Furthermore Smeargle can pass on a Shell Smash which turns Azumarill from formidable to dangerous, especially if it can get off a Power-Up Punch or two.

Okay, so despite how awesome I tell you it is; this is something I'm still working on. I want to make this work but I feel like it can still be improved a lot more. Suggestions?

Espeon is pretty much a mandatory recipient for Baton Pass teams because of its Magic Bounce ability discouraging Whirlwind, Roar and other status moves. Tbh, I think it should go over Mew or Smeargle:
-Stored Power
-Dazzling Gleam
-Substitute/Morning Sun
-Baton Pass
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce

Venomoth is pretty much outclassed as a Baton Passer because it's prone to priority (especially from Talonflame and Mega Pinsir); this means it has a hard time setting up on offensive teams. Scolipede is a necessity on Baton Pass teams because it's bulkier and has Speed Boost to passively boost its Speed:
-Swords Dance/Iron Defense
-Substitute/Megahorn
-Protect/Megahorn
-Baton Pass
Nature: Timid/Jolly
EVs: 248 HP/208 SDef/52 Spe
Item: Black Sludge/Mental Herb
Ability: Speed Boost

Don't even think about using Head Smash on Mega Aggron. The huge recoil comprises its excellent bulk. Your current spread also isn't efficient:
-Stealth Rock
-Heavy Slam/Iron Head
-Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy

I'd rather use Assault Vest on Azumarill so that it has better bulk on the special end. Huge Power already makes it strong enough. The EV spread of 16 HP/252 Atk/240 SDef gives it efficient special bulk in conjunction with Assault Vest.

Hmm, thanks platinum I'll look into it.
I'm probably going to go for Epseon over Smeargle, since Mew can hold its own in battle anyway. That being said though I'm not sure about having two psychic type.

Venomoth isn't meant to stick around for long, and Quiver Dance is one of the best stat boosting moves around. If you really think Scolipede is a better option though I guess I can give him a shot.

I agree 100% for Aggron. The recoil from Head Smash is far too compromising (as I discovered). I'll let you know how the changes go and then update the OP accordingly.

I recommend you switch the Expert Belt for a Choice Band on Azumarrill. Majority of it's moves are not super effective against the OU pokemon. The set goes somewhat like this:

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power

- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Ice Punch.

EVs: 252 HP / 252 ATK / 4 Sp. Def
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, - Sp. Atk).

Or else you could go for the Belly Drumming set which can take out most pokemon with an Aqua Jet after one Belly Drum:

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry.
Ability: Huge Power

- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Belly Drum.

EVs: 252 HP / 252 ATK / 4 Sp. Def
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, - Sp. Atk).0
I think that you should replace Mew with Espeon. Smeargle has Sticky Web support hich is incredibly useful for yor team and Shell Smash is awesome in conjunction with Azumarrill.

I would recommend Sticky Web over Stealth Rock for Smeargle as it gives Aggron and Azumarrill better sweeping capabilities.

Happy battling!

The only problem with Azumarill using Choice Band is that it would be disastrous to be locked into one move if it were to receive Speed boosts via Baton Pass. After that, Azumarill would have to switch out, negating the Speed boosts it received. If Belly Drum Azumarill is Baton Passed Attack boosts, then Belly Drum would be pointless, even though receiving Defense and Speed boosts would help it.

Assault Vest Azumarill benefits from both Attack and Speed boosts via Baton Pass and it still gives Azumarill freedom to change moves, unlike Choice Band.
