Alright! I will attempt to reason with the charizards. Even if they can't defeat the pirates, perhaps they can keep the pirates busy while I try to find a permanent solution to the pirate predicament.

It was a Charizard whistle?.........So that explains why those dogs that keep chasing me won't stop when I use it and why I always see a Charizard. Here, you can have it back.

So I'm gonna be doing something private that doesn't involve possibly reviving a BadSheep and/or creating a new religion after him if it fails. You guys and gals have fun with those pirates and whatever else you guys and gals do.
