I transplanted the tail to the top of their heads to make it a fin-type deal and re-colored them as well to emphasize the 3 heads as distinct entities.

I didn't know what I should do, so I went absolutely crazy.
- Nosepass body with Regirock Braille as the face (-eyes)
- Removed the left head (looked kinda weird)
- Porygon leg as the arm.
- Recolored all of it to match.

Oh my gosh... I can't work my magic on that Pokemon. So I decided to add a Tornadus' cloud and recolored to match so we can get a move on.
Best Ways:
1. Add An Arbok Tail And It's Good
2. Tornadus' Cloud... Boom...
