PC WiFi Tournament

We're done with the first round? Awesome~
 
8 matches unfinished in the main tournament, 4 unfinished in Doubles, and 2 in each of the other Side-Tournaments...

This round does not seem finished to me.

I concur, actually.

However, I also must say that two weeks is ample time to get a single battle in.

Even if it seems unfinished, we can't just become stagnant, you know?
 
3 weeks is long enough and an extension has already been given. Bill will need to take action now, are we seriously gonna wait a month for just round 1 to be completed?

I'd say, under even abnormal circumstances, that's plenty of time.

Very true. Bill has even said that the rule for unfinished matches is more of a scare tactic than an actual rule, and that generally you can advance if your opponent is a no show, and granted you're a regular here. So for anyone who couldn't get a hold of your opponent, don't sweat too much over it.
 
It's times like these where I'm happy I only had one Round 1 battle, as it always is obnoxious and takes the longest :P Either way, I'm glad the deadline is up, and I'd be pissed if it was extended even further XD

Well, I've had some trouble getting my battle done with Aura. We're both active, so I don't know why we can't seem to get it done. xD

We're banking on getting it done tomorrow, although since Bill is posting matches today, I don't know what might happen.
 
I didn't miss it, Super Luigi. I just hadn't updated the first post for awhile. XD

But now it has been, and I have made the following verdicts on these battles:

Atomic Sharks and IcePyro: IcePyro hasn't been on since the 7th, so you're getting the win, Sharks.
super onii chan and koopacrazy: I'm giving the win to super onii chan based on forum activity. Sorries, koopacrazy.
dewey and shadebattle: shadebattle sent me a PM saying he'll have to drop out of the Tourney, so I'll give the win to dewey.
kandyhot and twinkie101: kandyhot will be getting the win based on forum activity. Sorries, twinkie.
DrV and ˚° ﺎ ﮟ סּ ﻛ °˚: Again, this was decided on forum activity, with DrV coming out with the default win.
w0lf and Calum?: Calum? has had more activity here on PC in the past two weeks, so he'll be moving on to Round Two.
Chompah :x and thebest: Chompah hasn't logged in since the 6th, so thebest will be moving on in this case.
Master Krillin and Xairmo: Ah, nice. You guys are the first in a long line here who've been trying to get your battle done. Based on activity, Master Krillin shall be getting the win, but if you can have your match in the next few days, just relay the results to me. ^_^
IcePyro and Mukkamoto: IcePyro will be DQ'd here for the same reason as in his OU battle. Welcome to Round Two, Mukkamoto!
Aurafire and dewey: Aurafire will be getting the win by default here. But of course, if you two can get your battle done in the next few days, let me know. =D
Volkner's Apprentice and Prototype Omega: Well, I paired you two up a little late, so I'll give you a few more days before I crack down. Good luck!
Aurafire and ɐʞoo: I'll give the default win to Aurafire, because I know you've had some problems with your game, Ooka, sorries. But still, if you two can have your match in the next few days, go for it!
dewey and Bly DX: You haven't been around here too often, dewey, and you said yourself that you haven't been battling for awhile, so methinks I'll be giving the win to Bly. But hey, see if you two can have it out in the next few days, and I'll be glad to update the first post.
Tortured_Soul and junoliv: Aiyh, trust me, this was the hardest decision of the bunch to make. But alas, Tortured_Soul has been slightly more active, so I'll grant him the win. Sorries, junoliv-but as I said with several of those above, you could still get your battle done in the coming days. Just let me know if you do, and I'll make the required changes to the pairings.
dewey and Alakazam17: Well, I do tend to put the line a little higher for myself for obvious reasons, though in this case I see I am clearly more active than dewey. So I'll give myself the win here. If there are any objections to this, ɐʞoo can make the decision in my stead. ^^

There we have it. Ooka gets his free round for his standing in the last tourney, and junoliv gets his for being the odd-one-out chosen by the randomizer.

However, Mukkamoto got his because he was the only one to win his NFE battle by actually battling. In regards to Team NFE, only one person will be eliminated this round, that person being the one losing by the largest margin. The remaining four then get into the NFE Semi-Finals in two weeks. ^_^

Also of note is that I've merged Australia and Europe this time, in addition to adding Prototype Omega to the bunch. If I can't get his donation for some reason, then DrV will get the equivalent of a Free Round. And if I get his donation and he wins said battle, he'll be back in Team America for Round Three. ^^

And with all that stuff aside, all that's left is the deadline. And as always usual, this'll be two weeks away, on Saturday, July 4th, 2009. Hmm, I believe that is also the same day as a little holiday celebrated in the United States, XD. Kind of like my Canada day, but different. Now, what was its name again? =P

Jokes aside, good luck! And my Snorlax is watching y'all! :D

Sweet, I didn't want to have to win by default over Prototype! Now we can get matches done, maybe split them 1-1 haha. We'll see how those go down ;)

And either way, I get rematches with Zam and Prince. Oh and super onii chan, contact me whenever for singles!!
