They aren't on the banned list, therefore they're all allowed.

And in regards to the start date for the next tournament, I haven't set it because we're still waiting for Mukkamoto and No, you fail to have their battle. Though they've already had nearly a month, and from their VM's I see that they should be battling soon, thus....

All the teams are merged eventually in the later rounds. They only exist to minimize the amount of time-zone related problems.

So do you still want in Europe, or shall I move you to America? ^_^

I really think the tournament should be held weekly and not monthly. It takes forever to complete.

There are two weeks between rounds, not a whole month. O_O

I'm just waiting longer now so people can register for it.
