Oh, that had me rolling on the floor. XD This is like, sig worthy.

The Akatsuki pick-up lines are funny too, especially Sasori's!
 
I was bored one day and like a year or two back Other Trivia has a pick-up line thread.

My favourite, and the only one I can really remember is.

"My name may not be Elmo but you can tickle me all over"

Another one, more corny.

"Are you the guy who asked me out?"

"Baby, I'm whoever you want me to be."
 
I've heard quite a few, but never has anyone used one on me or vice versa. XD

- Your lips look lonely, would they like to meet mine?

- There's something wrong with my handphone... It doesn't have your number. D:
 
Well, i don't think it's quite a pick-up line...but ah well.

"If i had a flower for every time i think of you, i could walk forever in my garden."
 
One of the best lines I ever heard, Nick.
 
The "pick-up lines" I get from guys shouldn't even qualify as pick up lines.

"Hey boobs *cough* I mean Kaydee."

Here is one of may favorites. Its a good icebreaker.

"Do you know how much a polar bear weighs? (She or he says I don't know or guesses) Enough to break the ice. Hey my name is (insert name here.)"

Ha, I know some, I've never used them though. XD

"Do your legs ache? Because your body's kicking."
"I wish the letters I and U were closer in the alphabet."
"I must be on a trampoline, or maybe my heart is jumping standing right next to you."
"The room just lit up! Or maybe it's just your eyes sparkling."

Those are basically the only ones that I know. XD

And about Brock Lee's pick-up lines: You dirty bird. XD
 
Here is one I got from these guys

"Excuse me would you let me check your tag?" (you look closely) "Just as I thought, made in heaven"

"If you take eleven roses and stand in the mirror, you'll be looking at the twelve most beautiful things in the world."

"Do you have a map, because I got lost in your eyes."

"I know heaven must be missing an angel."

(Go up to the girl) "I know you must be tired" (She asks from hat) "From running through my mind all day."
