I edited a sprite recently, does it look okay?

Shadow Scizor -- it looks pretty good, but sometimes the outline bothers me o_O Must be me xP
And Gulpins have tails?

That edit's cool, but I think black outline on the skin and hair would make it look a little better. Just my opinion, though.
 
I was bored, so I did a Team Aqua mermaid. Tail is 100% scratch.

Oh, so they do.

I don't like black outlines =P They don't look as natural.
 
i've done some sprites but photobuckets playing up for me, nice uhhh... fat gulpin the outline bothers me somehow.

Looks nice but the outline of the tail bothers me but meh keep it up! One more thing you wouldn't mind making the eyes a little bigger.It almost seems like she has no eyes...
Overall a great job! 8/10

the crowd are just blacked out zero sprites so anybody can do it really. any suggestions to make it looks more like a stage?
 
Holy crap... is that thing scratch? If it is, it's one of the best I've ever seen.
