I haven't been here for so long... and I'm not the best.

I did this free-hand (one dot at a time) in MSPaint. What do you all think?

EDIT: IT's saved as a JPG because that's all my computer will let me save anything I make in MSPaint as. Sorry.

Dont save as JPEG or BMP. save as PNG and as far as I can see there are to msny black outlines.

Anyway rate this Magmar/Kingdra that I call Magdra, it's an Overshade if you didn't notice -

The colours use a GBC colour palette... which looks out of style XD. Also, the shading is abit to consistant and "dotty." Only in-depth pixel art need that kind of shading. I suggest you reduce it to more smooth style ^^

flaros missingno well what i think it looks like, rate please or flaros will bulldoze you over.

Flaros: You need shading under the horns abit more. On the right horn (its PoV), the horn is a bit off. You need to make it go on. The mane has a few extra pixels on the right (its PoV). Last of all, you need a tint of shading by the mane on the left (its PoV).

Missingno: The head under the horn needs more shading. It's a bit hard to see the second shade of shading at a glance, making it contrast too much. The face needs shading under the beak. The ears and the arms (which ever overlap) needs more shading. The legs need to stand out more as it looks flat, even with the shading ^^

I'd suggest you getting PhotoFiltre [ www.photofiltre.com ]

It's free, and can save as .png ;D And it's not too big of a download.

That's not a revamp, that's only a recolor. Revamps are when you fully update the sprite, outline, shading, everything.
