Trading isnt too hard, you just have two VBAs set up and have them both looking for a link. What you could do people, if you want, is to trade Machoke for Machoke and that way you dont have to bring in an extra game or lose a Pokemon.

You sure you uploaded the right file? :/ All I'm getting is a white screen o.O (Yes, this is after I loaded rom, and imported the .sav file... :/

Ok... First I got it to work, then it said game deleted. Tried again after realizing to fix the save type, and it says there is no game saved... you linked the .sav, which means you needed to use the in game saves, if you didn't there was no game... are you sure you linked the right file?

Ok.... tried some more, now I just keep getting

I don't think the save file likes me... (the others all work fine o.O Downloaded them to see if it was just me...)

EDIT: and yes, I have traded between roms before, should be pretty easy, only issue is getting the rom to work -.-

I tried it just to check, and the save file works perfect here. I have no idea why it isn't working, maybe you should change ROMs again or something.

I like the way our team is evolving, nearly all out offensive. Glad that I added Altaria over Swellow, as it can endure some heavy hits. Good luck with Tate&Liza, I really hate that gym :)

Got it working with a MUGS rom... =P Can start tomorrow >.< have to get sleep now, will try to evolve machoke first :)

Also: Altaria and Machamp no longer have pokerus :/ -.- Maybe they'll catch it from the party pokemon again >.<

I really like Machamp and his solid attack.

Oh btw, Machamp has lost his Pkrs status and can't ever get it again. You can see that by the black dot between its level and poke ball. Tough luck. *I completed his EV training anyway I think*
 
Cool, now I can really kick some ass when I get the ROM.

Myzou, can you give a copy of your Ruby ROM along with the SAV file?

Most of my time was evening out the levels, 3 of them 41, 3 of them 42. =P Magneton was hard to get up... :/

All of them no longer have pokerus, except for Gardevoir, so hopefully you guys EV trained while you could. Saved right after Tate and Liza went down at the poke center. (They went down in two turns... Faint Attack, Surf, Faint Attack from Cacturne and Swampert.) I replaced Revenge with Submission and Spikes with Needle Arm. I obtained the Giga Drain TM, so you might wanna consider using that on Cacturne. Also, Altaria should probably learn fly unless you want to carry around HM slaves. Vulpix, Meditite, and Duskull added to the box, in case someone wanted to raise them up, as a fire, ghost would be helpful, and medicham just seems like a popular pokemon, so I caught it because of that XD. The next person will be going after Groudon, you need to buy potions and ultra balls, as we only have 2 ultra balls, 1 pokeball, 1 great ball, and 1 master ball.

I won't be able to do this. Since we can't supply ROMS, all of the one's I have aren't working. My FireRed works, but for some reason all the Ruby ROMS I've tried aren't working. I don't know if it's this old Windows XP computer, or I'm just really unlucky with roms. I keep getting this white screen, then nothing happens. I really wanted to do this, but unless someone can help me, I can't. Sorry... :(.

You have to change the save type for most ruby roms, Emulator -> Save Type -> Flash 128k <.<
 
Psst, Myzou, I don't think you should have trained a Magneton. It's really not that useful, and compared to the Manectric that we had, it's worse because it just add a weakness to fire, and it is much slower than Manectric.
 
Manectric is queer, get over it XDXD

Magneton still needs to be EV trained, so does Cacturne.

Everbody else got effort ribbons :D
 
I'm in the process of catching Groudon. I caught and evolved an Azumarill.

Edit: Just finished my run. I didn't really level up much. Swampret now knows Earthquake, Gardavior is now known as Saukura, and we have a Groudon. But since the no legendary rule is in effect, whoever has it next shouldn't use it. I didn't have to use the Master Ball, that's for the Lati@s or Lati0s. I caught a Level 33 Magikarp for you-know-you. Sakura still has Pokerus, and there's a Level 36 Weezing in the box with Pokerus and Macho Brach just waiting to be trained.
