So here's a team I've been running on Shoddy for the past couple of a days. It works very well for the most part, but it has a couple of fatal flaws. I hope to iron these flaws out and make a better team.

    At a glance:

    In Depth:

    Pheonix (Moltres) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 40 Def/216 Spd/252 SAtk
    Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Air Slash
    - Overheat
    - Will-o-whisp
    - U-turn
My lead, pretty straightforward. Scarfed it out runs most other leads. Air Slash/Overheat can OHKO Infernape, Jolteon, Azelf, Yanmega, Bronzong, Metagross, Roserade, Forretress, Crobat, Ninjask, Ambipom, Alakazam, Celebi, Skarmory, Weavile, Abomasnow and a couple of other pokemon. Will-O-Whisp can cripple leads I can't OHKO. U-Turn is for enemies that don't care about status/OHKO Moltres even when burned. Main weakness is Stealth Rock

    Squidward (Tentacruel) (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Liquid Ooze
    EVs: 252 HP/120 Def/136 SDef
    Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Rapid Spin
    - Haze
Again pretty straightforward. Rapid Spin makes sure Moltres doesn't get raped by Stealth Rock. Ice Beam takes care of dragons/Gliscor. Surf is a nice STAB move and Haze stops enemies from setting up curse/dragon dance who enjoy ripping this team to shreds.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
Chuck Norris (Heracross) (M) @ Choice Band
    Ability: Guts
    EVs: 96 HP/252 Atk/160 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Close Combat
    - Megahorn
    - Pursuit
    - Stone Edge
CBhera just tears through the enemy if Gliscor isn't on the team/dead. Megahorn and Close Combat are amazing when STAB'ed and with Hera's HUGE attack is a combo as epic and powerful as Chuck Norris's roundhouse kick, and that disproved Newton's 3rd law of motion. :p

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
Godzilla (Dragonite) (M) @ Yache Berry
    Ability: Inner Focus
    EVs: 252 HP/60 Atk/196 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Claw
    - Dragon Dance
    - Roost
    - Light Screen
Late game sweeper. With yache berry I can set up light screen and lol at any bulky water trying to ice beam me. I can dragon dace behind the light screen then proceed to rip the opponent to shreds. Roost for when my HP drops low.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Mr. Roboto (Bronzong) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP/86 Atk/80 Def/92 SDef
    Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Charge Beam
    - Earthquake
    - Gyro Ball
    - Hypnosis
Wall, sleep is win and charge beam takes care of most bulky waters. Gyro ball is nice when STAB'ed at max power. Earthquake has nice power and coverage.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Mr. T (Gallade) (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Steadfast
    EVs: 252 HP/152 Atk/52 Spd/52 SDef
    Lonely nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Thunder Wave
    - Ice Punch
    - Leaf Blade
    - Close Combat
Meet Mr.T, he pities the fool who switches into his thunder wave. Close Combat hits hard. Ice punch is for dragons and Leaf Blade is for Swampert. Also doubles as a special wall.

    My Review:
This team works pretty well on Shoddy. When Stealth Rock isn't present Moltes packs a nice punch. Heracross runs around like a bulldozer once Gliscor is removed from play and Dragonite is a nice backup if Hera dies. Tentacruel is a nice support and really helps with Rapid Spin and Haze. Gallade with paralysis helps a lot.

    Problems that I see
    :
If Tentacruel dies, 80% of the time I lose.
    Status cripples me a lot
Without Moltres eliminating the more speedier enemies I lose.

    so rate away!

You could replace gallade with bliss so you dont face status problems.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Bold
252 hp/252 def/6 sp.def(This may need a little help as im no blissey expert)
    ~Aeromapathy
    ~Softboiled
    ~T-wave
    ~Sesimic toss

Its rather weird you have no stealth rock?
that bronzong is really messed up,and hypnosis will screw you over sometime.replace it for swampert who can setup rocks as well.

Just go with standad mixpert and give him Sr.

Stealth Rock is a must, replace Charge Beam/Earthquake with Stealth Rock on Bronzong.

I pity Mr.T (who is Vance on Shoddy) your Gallade because in OU with a Lonely nature and a Spe that barely scarpes 210 he will get raped, booted up the ass, thrown on the road, hit by a car, sat on by Dragonite, eaten by Gyarados, pooped out, rolled over by a Muk, thrown into a garbage dump, plucked out my Garchomp, eaten by Garchomp, pooped out by Garchomp, bitten by Salamence, speared by a Heracross, punched by Chuck Norris, raped by Micheal Jacks..., trolled on by Vance, D_A and Anti and yeah you get my point.

Okay sorry I'm just being random, anyway Gallade is also a horrible special wall. His SpD is good but 68 HP lets him down. This set will get raped by the OU metagame so switch him for Blissey as Dark seeker said or a special sweeper like Specs Zam or Luke or go for a Choice Bander.

Gyarados weak, charge Beam does squat whilst he 2hko's you faster than you beat him and then proceeds to sweep the rest of your team.

You might want Hidden Power Electric on Moltres so at the very least you can revenge kill it, although im not inclined to think that something 4x SR weak is a very reliable revenge killer.

But yeah you want SR somewhere or you gift mence, Gyara and Zappy a free switch in who eat you.

With the amount of steels in the metagame atm that can easily set up on you, i highly doubt that D-Nite set is effective (Its that bad it loses to Mawile). Its just a poor excuse to be "different" from mence and a LO DD Outrage ohko'S bulky waters anyway, so i dont get that lol

I suggest you switch to mence, if just for intimidate and superior speed because Lucario after a SD kinda OHKO's your whole team with SR up.

Life Orb Zapdos 6-0, nothing can take on the Roost/Heat Wave/HP Ice/T-Bolt timid set >:, you might want something to take t-bolts.

The least required members are Tenta and Moltres imo, since they dont do anything.

If I can manage a charge beam I should be fine(if Stealth Rock isn't present) as Air Slash 2HKO's Gyarados.

I've been thinking about swapping Gallade for Blissy so I'll try that out.

Same thing goes for Dragonite and Salamence.

I've also have ran a scarfed Houndoom instead of Moltres and it works very similarly, only it isn't x4 weak to Stealth Rock.(I think I rand mild with Dark Pulse/Overheat/Hidden Powe [ice/grass]/Purssuit ), but I'll have to check into that.

With proper prediction I have been able to have Hera take down Zapdos, but my judgment isn't perfect...

Yeah I prefer not letting Dusknoir switch in and completely own me so I'll probably swap out T-Wave for something else...

    Um... no... just... no.
Bold Bliss fails in the modern metagame; she can't even wall Special sweepers. Use this Blissey:
    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Calm
    252 Def/80 SpA/176 SpD
    Softboiled
    Flamethrower
    Toxic
    Seismic Toss
