FireRed hack: Pokémon Adventure - Red Chapter NEW BETA + EXPANSION

Just south of the Captain then Surf Heading South until your on a small Island . The Beta ends when Team Rocket Dove Underwater
 
Yes they must be the Regis or 1 of them i got confused when i first saw the chapters name xD

If you would read the previous 10 pages im sure you would find the answer posted 20 times

Anyway this is the end of beta if you got the HM DIVE already
If you dont go to the south from where the captain is there will be water to surf and you will find a small area of land with team rocket there
After the cutscene go where the captain is you will find blue there he gives HM DIVE and the beta ends

I too believe, Rock, that if the game is overly long and you are worried about people's Pokemon being overleveled, that reducing the experience received from each Pokemon, rather than lowering their levels, would be a good idea.

Sir, can you please waste some of your precious time in helping me obtain HM Surf? I just can't see it anywhere in the fuchsia City.. although I checked South of Fuchsia, after obtaining HM Strength I moved those boulders and head towards that platform to dive, and after I dove I started checking every corner but I didn't found HM Surf :( Please Please help.
 
I just started this hack today and i am at the ss anne chapter. i do not like having to dodge level 100 magnamite "trainer battles". pokemon and stealth just do not go together at all and the fact that if you loose against the thief you have to do the stealth stuff again is just moronic. everything else that i have seen so far is fine though.

Edit: also the underwater event apparently does not work as i cant evolve Poliwhirl. the exact message given if you choose yes is "I should evolve Poliwhirl first". that leads me to believe that we are intended to start with Poliwag and not Poliwhirl.

Lol that's not fire red! It's a hack of it based on the manga! For all who are looking for surf: you need a pokemon that knows strength to move the boulders which are blocking your way to route 19 & 20. After pushing them away head to the water and jump down to search for the hm (Hint: It's located south of the location where you start from. Make sure you have an empty space in your team, because you need to catch a krabby!). After finding it, a dragonite will steal it and you have to chase and battle it. After your victory the dragonite is going to attack you but is being stopped by a gyarados, you already know from before, because it's misty's gyarados together with her. After she rescues you, she offers you her gyarados together with the held hm surf in exchange for a krabby that you've caught underwater.
 
I am unable to progress through Vermillion City. It appears as if the SS Anne scene that is supposed to happen just won't. There are only two guys inside it, two doors (only one of which is accessable) and two boxes blocking the staircase. I've explored the rest of the town repeatedly and cannot find a way to trigger the SS Anne scene.

Am I missing something? Do I need to go back and do something else? What's up, here?

Don't like it, then don't play it, nobody else seems to have a problem with that part.

you have to give a water stone for your Poliwhirl

Don't like it don't play it. I'm not forcing you anyway. What do you mean you can't evolve POliwhirl, just give it a WATER STONE. It's not that hard.

Wait... So the text say "I should evolve Poliwhirl first", this lead you to believe you are meant to start with a Poliwag?
