Hmm.. Could be an error with your ROM, maybe?
You have the Save Type at Flash 128k enabled in your Emulator, right?
The Beta 10c works perfectly, you can play it since its beginning to its end, so it's definitely not a problem with it xD
It must be your ROM or your emulator :/

Have played 10b about four times over and I"ve never come across a map? Is there one in-game and when pyragon? evolves and the storm starts, after the to oak I'm suppose to head to valencia island but prof ivy is nowhere to be found

Lunos, my Save Type is 128k, my game went all good until this part, I tried to restart the game from the beginning but the problem appeared again, I'm gonna try to change the ROM file.

Try patching it to a clean fire red rom and try again, by the way what emulator are you using?

I know there should be one in the Pallet Forest at Lv90, in the same spot you first meet with your Rival/Blue/Green.
I think it should appear after the Orange Archipielago Arc, since in the last Epilogue it appears there in one of the scenes, but when you go by yourself to the Pallet Forest he isn't there.. is weird..
Btw, that Mew in Cinnabar doesn't do anything apparently, it's like a statue, at least in Beta 10c xD

That mew is kinda like an easter egg, it says something like : "If you're able to interact with me then you must have used cheat, Rockmanmega (or something, i don't remember) is disappointed". Then you'll have to fight a lv 100 Mew, after you have beaten or captured it, it say : "Well you're still a cheater". And it won't dissapper, you can keep on battling it as much as you want.

1) You mean the Town Map?
They are in the Pokemon Center, but they're kinda pointless.

2) Does "Pyragon" means "Porygon"?
You can get it in Celadon's Casino, at 9999 Coins.

3) Go to Valencia's Pokemon Center first.

You obviously didn't even tried to search..
You need to go to the Route at East from Saffron City, there's an old woman and near she there is a lake, use surf there and the TM will be there too.
You need to modify the map first in A-Map, changing some of the "1" per "C".

I was talking about the one at Cinnabar Isalnd, in beta 9.1 it's an actual pokemon not a statue, maybe Aethestode changed it for beta 10.

Woah!!! Beta 11 is about to release. Thats amazing. The screenies are awesome as well as Mega Banette looks cool.
But I still don't know how to reach Orange Island. Who gives the ticket to go there? could someone help me??
