Probably not, if they are going to do something with Pokemon Musicals. So I wonder what they want to do.

Misty had a lot more interactivity with the group. She made the anime funny and she had the most emotion out of all the girls. I swear dawn was a robot. No one wants contest those were stupid no one even likes them. They are just a waste of data.

Dude, chill. If you dont like it, dont watch it. Personally, Misty didnt do anything, and didnt get any screen time, and when she did, she just did the same thing as Ash, battle.

I don't like contests either but I like May and Dawn dispite them being in contests. Guess, I just enjoy the characters and character arcs they went through. I think a lot of people do enjoy contests, or else they'd have just been in one series. Sounds like you might get your wish on getting rid of them though, but they might replace it with some thing simular.

Not that there going to do this, but it'd be interesting if they ran two groups at the same time. One group would go through the Pokemon Black exclusive areas and the other would run through Pokemon White's. That could be pretty confusing but it could work. At least there would be less fillers. Seeing the two trainers meet at the league would be pretty interesting.

Iris-Demeaning to Pokemon

Has any of you every seen Iris? Personally i think she is VERY demeaning to Pokemon. She is a crazy vine-swinging little kid that went to a tanning booth when she was 4. Then she hides her Pokemon in her HAIR. Seriously, soon Pokemon Freaks are going to start doing that. I bet Iris's hair is purple since algae grew on it and then got so dirty it turned purple. Plus she looks the youngest of all the female protagonists. What has Pokemon come to?

New Pokemon (Emonga) Flying Squirrel Pokémon. It's both electric and flying. I'm not sure but isn't that a first?

Spoiler:

• Emonga (エモンガ) is the Flying Squirrel Pokemon, stands 0.4m tall, and weights 5.0kg. It is an Electric / Flying-type and has Static as its ability.
• Gigaiasu (ギガイアス), which was revealed previously, is the High Pressure Pokemon. It is a Rock-type, has the Sturdy ability, stands 1.7m tall, and weighs 270.0kg.
• Darumakka (ダルマッカ) is a Fire-type and the supposed pre-evolution of Hihidaruma.
• Another new Pokemon revealed but not pictured is Basurao (バスラオ), which knows Aqua Jet and Uproar.
• Shikijika (the previously revealed deer) is a Normal / Grass-type and has Chlorophyll as its ability. Its appearance changes according to the seasons: in the spring it is pink (like the Ken Sugimori artwork), in the summer it is green, in the fall it is orange, and winter's color is unknown.
• Growth now seems to raise Special Attack and Attack by one stage.

• Giruja (ギルジャ) is the Fish Pokemon, a Water-type, and has the Swift Swim ability. Its name comes from "giru," which means "gills." It can only be found when fishing. Its height is 0.4m and it weighs 5.0kg.
• Hakubirisu (ハクビルス) is the Elegance Pokemon, a Water/Flying-type. It has a new ability called White Wing (しろいつばさ) - it lowers its stats but nullifies secondary effects of your opponent's moves. "Haku" is from "hakuchou," which is "swan" in Japanese. Its name may also derive from "hakubi," which means "the best." It stands 1.1m tall and weighs 28.6kg.
• Shikijika is the Seasonal Pokemon, a Normal/Grass-type (as revealed in the previous update), with Chlorophyll as its single ability. Shikijika changes in appearance with the changing of the seasons, as seen to the right: in the spring it is pink (like the official Ken Sugimori artwork), in the summer it is green, in the fall it is orange, and winter's color is brown. Its evolution is silhouetted next to it in the main scan below (and no, it's not Stantler!). It is 0.4m tall and weighs 5.0kg.
• In the Shikijika scan, you can also see the terrain's color change depending on the seasons. There will be a new in-game season each month, meaning three a year.
• Burokko (ブロッコ) is the Cauliflower Pokemon, a Grass-type, revealed last month as a toy. Its two abilities are Chlorophyll or Solar Power. It knows a new attack called Sprout Breath, which increases Special Attack and Accuracy. Its name comes from the English word "broccoli." It is 0.7m tall and weighs 24.3kg.
• Mamanbou, Luvdisc's apparent evolution, is the Harem Pokemon, a Water-type, with Swift Swim as its ability. It knows a new attack called Aqua Twist. It is 1.8m tall and weighs 120.0kg. "Harem" refers to a group of females, so perhaps it is a gender-based evolution (assuming of course it is Luvdisc's evolution)?
• Aloe is the Gym Leader of Shippou City (シッポウシティ). The city could be named after a religious Buddhist term for the "Seven Precious Treasures," being Gold, Silver, Pearls, Agate, Crystal, Coral, and Lapis Lazuli. Some of these have been game namesakes to boot. It can also be named after "Cloisonne," which is enamel work ("enamelware in which colored areas are separated by thin metal strips"). So the city may deal in religion or art (or perhaps uses the metal from that religious term for the enamel work). Considering Aloe is wearing a big apron, she might be a cloisonne ware maker. But none of this is confirmed yet of course!
• Speaking of which, an "aloe" is an African flower.
• Double Battles in the wild occur only in the dark patches of grass, as shown in the screenshot in the bottom-right of the scan.

^ Yeah, I believe it was proven that the the big blue fish and the broccoli was proven fake looking at the New Pokémon thread from yesterday in the B&W section. The rest are apparently confirmed to be real though - even the odd looking plant. ._.

I can see Iris getting Emonga as one of her Pokémon in the show, since it looks like this generation's Pikachu and the fact that Dawn had a Pachirisu. What would be a lot cooler IMO though is if Dento were to get it. At the same time, I'm still hoping they give Ash and Co. in Isshu a new variety of Pokémon and not just the same formula we've been getting since Kanto. Even though I'm sure they'll stick to the same kind of team Ash has been getting from the very start, I think it's possible they can really play around with the Pokémon given to Iris and Dento.

Laddies and Gentlemen, Dento is in fact the first gym leader. Its confirmed on Serebii. Which makes me think, will get the Kanto days treatment for a bit. Yah know, Ash meets Iris travels with her the first couple of episodes to the first gym which we are introduced to Dento. I'd LOL If Iris turned out to be a gym leader tooXD But yah I'm thinking shey'll either have a new side quest or do nothing and just like to travel and be crazy. I'm looking forward to this series more and more

Well arent you being a blatant rascist? Brock's tan/black/hispanic/indian, and so is Iris. She's a wild girl eh? So is the Special Sapphire, and she is by far one of the best written Pokemon characters ever. They've always been young, get over yourself. Pokemopn is a kids show. it has a market for/of 7 years ago. Though, her hair is annoying, I agree.

I think your being sarcastic (abhout Iris being a Gym leader), but as stated, SHE's ANIME EXCLUSIVE. and me too. I hope dento just shows up frequently rather than traveling wiith Ash. Also, Gym Leaders shouldn't be 10 year olds.
