Yes, the sprite is made by Skoria and Skoria allowed Lex to use it in the game.
Edit: BTW(By the way), will you sprite the female sprite.

Well, really the minisprite are "revamped" or Re-Drawed for me, bassed in the Skoria Minisprite (thanks to him), the hack will contain other rivals apart of Haruka, Sahori and Maiden, (Maiden is the Character of the B&W), like the protagonist of Pokemon Jaspe (Jade), the protagonist of Pokemon Dark Times (I dont have a good name yet :p) and Xander, Protagonis of Chaos Legacy, All characters, are made by me, of others failled hacks.
And I will Re-make this characters.

Well, the final exams of school are pretty Hardest, but his duration are one week.
I've to study a lot. Hehe.

Yes, It ends at Shinkazu Tower(Remember, there's the 1st gym as well).
