FireRed hack: Pokémon DarkViolet (Full Version Released)

i'm testing this hack rom and enjoy it so far, got the 5th badge and i'm looking for the good rod because i want a staryu. already got the old and super rod but i can't find the good one. i've already been into fuchsia city and it's not where it is in fire red game. When i look at the creator documentation, starmie seems to be the lonely pokemon only catchable with good rod. Is anyone know where i can find it ?

No need to be ashamed. There are a lot of casual changes like that from the mainline FRLG games here, and it's difficult to keep track.
 
Hi, i've got one more question, i got to the battle zone, won there, caught deoxis heatran and mew, is there anything else to do ? no npc told me i had reach the end
i'm asking myself about a door in rocket hideout which i can't enter because of a nasty smell so maybe that's it but i can't find how to enter.
