Emerald hack: Pokémon Emerald++

Hey im trying to nuzlocke the game, having alot of fun so far, reached Norman and I realized gym trainers have custom pokemons and levels. My challenge is to no overlevel the gym, but Norman for example had a much higher level cap than I expected. Does anyone have a list of the Gym Leaders + Elite 4 max levels?
 
can't you just put a gba file to download? i can't do all that steps.... my paretns are gonna scold me... so pls give me just a gba file to download :(

This has been amazing, so many ROM hacks are nonsense and yours has been an absolute pleasure to play. One comment and one question- I'd like a slight buff to the shiny drop rate, even with the shiny item post elite four. As for my question… any chance you are working on a crystal version/hg/ss rom that would be similar?? Please??? Thanks for sharing your work with us!!
 
I've been having a great time w this romhack, but I got to battling team magma at the space station and the second floor is glitched! maxie and steven are on opposite ends of the room, and interacting with them just gives me dialogue windows that don't lead to any battle or anything. i have no idea what to do but ive tried a lot of things, is there a way to reset/reload the area or something?

this happened when i first went up to the second floor, i defeated the 3 magma grunts that surround you, and then i went to the pokemon center (ive been playing still using pokemon centers) and then came back - and the second floor was in this state
 
So I just downloaded this and we immediately intrigued by the exp share for all party members. Do you have to obtain the exp share like normal or is there something you have to do to enable this feature?

Go back to Rustboro after delivering the letter to Steven and talk to the Devon president.
He will give you the exp share
 
I've been really enjoying this hack so far, but I've encountered a few errors. Most notably:
1. Any change of a follower pokemon during battle seems to put the game in a glitched state where your character is "displaced" in the world. You'll run into walls that are several tiles away, and can easily get softlocked in this state. Triggers I've noticed are when your follower pokemon evolves during battle, and when your follower pokemon faints.
2. While TMs aren't spent when used like they are in future generations, HMs seem to disappear after being used. I'm missing HM Fly on my save file now because of this.

If I encounter more bugs I'll post them here. I've enjoyed this hack a lot so far as it's the best "Vanilla+" hack I've seen, but I'd love to see these bugs fixed soon.
 
I really need help,i am searching for the fossils but i have no idea where they are.
Can someone tell me the locations? Also i cant find the other gen 3 fossil,if i go to his location i just find meltan
 
Just outta curiosity, does the questionaire in the pokemart have a function? Still early game (haven't gotten the pokedex at time of post)
 
hi, i love this rom and was wandering if it was possible to play it as a randomizer, i tried myself but i figured out i can only randomize original games and not roms, i'm not an expert so im askign you guys!
 
This is a really good hack and i'm having a lot of fun ^^
But...
The mints cause a weird side effect where female pokemons become males, while there is nothing bad in switching genders, it would be nice to also have a mint or something to switch gender at will to counterattack this weird feature.
 
So I just wanted to make note of a few things I've found in the 30 hours I've been playing this hack:
  1. HMs are single use. This would be annoying but manageable since you gave item alternatives, but you didn't give one for fly. If you wanted to implement one, I'd recommend a pager for something like the Charizard glide from S/M/US/UM.
  2. There are NPCs glitched into the void in the Mossdeep Space Center on the top floor during the Magma plot. They actually can prevent you from leaving.
  3. Are shiny odds increased? I've found 2 random shinies now, which is weird since I've only ever found one random shiny in a full odds game in the hundreds of hours I've played.
 
i really like this hack but something i've came across on my most recent play through, after talking to wallace in the origin cave, i'm supposed to head to the sky pillar (which i do) but it's blocked by an npc. this really annoyed me since i couldn't continue the game with my full team of lvl 60s pokemon. i even tried replaying the entire game to this bit n it's still blocked by the same npc so i'm not sure what to do. if you could js add a walk through walls cheat or smt like that, it'd help a lot !!

Try putting away your following Pokemon, refreshing the room, pulling them out again, etc. It seems the following Pokemon cause a lot of bugs with player and NPC placement
