Yes, I always hated that so now they can still learn moves, so don't worry, and kantonian slowpoke is fused with snorunt, so it's on the seafoam islands, sorry.

Just download the newer version, this post is updated, and since it has the same name your save will still work, if for some strange reason it doesn't you can find it wild on Cerulean Cave (I know it's not the same as raising it, but if it is still bugged then it's the only answer)

It's actually cosmiwag, and you can fish it in Cerulean Cave.

The fossils as well as every static are out of place like it says on the post, however every pokémon is obtainable in the wild

I don't know since I didn't use cheats, but there are 2 pokemon that have the masterball as its held item, you just have to covet/thief
