On which level or with which item does Corasun evolve?

Lv28 for Anchorage (learns Iron Tail) and Lv39 for Grotess I think... Whereby Anchorage and Grotess learn 'Scary Face' at the same level (v5.1 note). While it's SPA is not very desirable compared to other Water-types, it has strong defenses and a decent movepool. Can also learn Acid Armor (34), Crunch (46), and Hydro Pump (52).

Some old document mentions Corasun can egg move Reversal, but I can't recall any breeding route to make that possible... Among those of its egg group, haven't confirmed if the Goldeen, Remoraid, or Magikarp evolutions can learn that move and VERY DOUBTFUL they would.
**CONFIRMED: None of these learn Reversal - maybe there's a second egg group I'm not considering

As of playing, the only two that can learn Reversal are Growlithe (23) and Hitmonlee (51 and pairs well with ENDURE; personally would breed it so Tyrogue can evolve into either Hitmonchan [Mach Punch + Hi Jump Kick; higher DEF and awesome SDF] or Hitmontop [high DEF would lessen recoil damage; highest DEF and SDF of any Fighting-type I've trained]).

v6.0a MOVESET GRIPE - GUPGOLD / GOLDEEN / SEAKING
Wow... For some of its decent level-up moves, the gaps in between are comically long ESPECIALLY Goldeen's FLAIL (22) to it learning AGILITY (43; Seaking's 45). They can also go on to learn MEGAHORN (50/53) and HORN DRILL (57/61). And that's all...

I get that this lineage could TM or BOARDWALK move tutor some better moves but come on, in terms of leveling up this is a cruel joke. It doesn't even learn DRILL PECK (Lv32; to upgrade PECK; bias to having a WATER-type learn a better FLYING-type move), CONFUSE RAY (Lv36; to upgrade SUPERSONIC) or even WATERFALL (Lv40; actually possible in Crystal).

I encountered a bug, I had a Smoochum hatch from my first egg, I leveled it up once and it evolved into a Bulbasaur.

If it helps, it happened in Route 101 at night.

Gold or Silver? Which patch version? Other conditions (time of on what day, how immediate was the hatch upon receiving egg, in which slot, etc) might acted as precursors to cause the bug.

Of the attempts playing the game up to the first egg, never actually attempted to level up any of them, except v3.0 Smoochum - I was crushed learning it didn't level up to learn Lovely Kiss before evolving. THANKFULLY the wild Jynx all know the move up to the latest version but didn't level up learn Psychic - thankfully Kanto Region Casino sells a TM.

MAGBY was my first egg hatch that also knew Dizzy Punch, but have yet to level up since either FIRE-starter or Puddipup were better choices imo. It might be a stretch to try replaying the ordeal (getting the first egg, hatching, then leveling) to see if this 'bug' applies to EVERY first egg hatch.
CONFIRMED: MAGBY learns Ember (Lv6) and no surprise evolutions via battling or Rare Candy. Might be unique to a (v6.0a) Smoochum

v6.0a BUG CONFIRMED: Jynx will birth a future Bulbasaur via Smoochum at Lv6.
HYPOTHESIS: If one Smoochum has a different series of moves upon hatching, every Smoochum hatch features a randomized set of baby PKM moves, which could explain the above's DIZZY PUNCH Bulbasaur to my HORN ATTACK Bulbasaur.

CONTEXT: (in Gold Version) Went to breeder to test Storm's bug (Silver Version; my Bulbasaur sprite looks different from above), Ditto + Jynx = Smoochum (okay), first move was HORN ATTACK (weird; assuming this would've been learned from a GUPGOLD), used a Rare Candy, moved to Lv6 and learned THUNDERSHOCK (wth), then POOF Bulbasaur showed up. Goes on to level up moves (VINE WHIP, POISONPOWDER, etc) as any regular Bulbasaur would.

BUG INFO: Smoochum will learn the following moveset (Thundershock [6] > Low Kick [10] > Swift [14] > Thunder Wave [19] > Thunderpunch [25] > Light Screen [30]) and ONLY evolve into JYNX at Lv30, but will attempt to evolve into BULBASAUR from Lv6-29 - didn't test what would happen after Lv30. Assuming these moves are from ELEKID/ELEBABE's movepool.

Which bird/version? Gold you get Ho-Oh, and in Silver there's Lugia. That event is supposedly triggered after beating all the gym leaders (cutscene should start) and circling back to your home town. THEN make way to the old man in Alloy City.

At least that's how the events were recorded in my notes of my pre-League playthrough.

Which Crystal rom version did you use to patch?

If you get a blank screen, you need to change the Save type in VBA from Flash 64K -> Flash 128K, then reboot VBA.

It should work, at least that's how I got it running.

Hi, I'm playing pokemon secret gold from drayano. My problem is the following: there are two of them. 1 after having passed the 16 medals and defeating red in silver mount I am catching the events of the legendary pokemon but for example in documents downloaded from drayano it says that moltres is in the gym of fire after catching heltran (another legendary event ) and I went to the gym and moltres did not appear, I have also looked at Monte Plata where it appears to many to me, it appears closed to later catch regigas. If anyone knows where it is please help me. 2 the second mistake is that after talking with maximo and he talks to me about latias, after catching latias I return to his house in silver city and maximo does not appear since he has to react to the latias that I caught so that he gives me the minicrystal to catch latios. I don't know where it is max. Could someone help me in case it is in another location, such as the movement tutors that in all the games are in the blackthorn city, but in the secret gold it appears in coudas orquidea. "Secret Gold"? Did you mean "Sacred Gold"? In any case, this thread is about a different romhack, not Drayano's Sacred Gold or Storm Silver. This is about Gold and Silver 97: Reforged. You will have better luck raising the problem elsewhere. Possibly on Drayano's Twitter or Reddit's r/PokemonROMhacks sub.

I found the Berzerk Gene as hidden item on Isen Strait, but I saw on the fandom page that Mewtwo is found in the Research Facility located on Isen Strait (the guard at the gate just before it even mentions it - a facility meant to create a manmade Pokémon). Also I looked up at the map picture on the fandom page, and you can clearly see the Research Facility, though there is no way to access it, since there is rocks everywhere that blocks the way up to Nago Village. So is it intended that Mewtwo is unavailable in v6.0, or am I missing something ? Because without Mewtwo, there is no way to complete the Pokédex. =/

In VBA (I'm using v1.7.2, but it should be pretty much the same in other versions of the emulator), go to Options > Emulator > Save type, and change Flash 64K -> Flash 128K, then reboot VBA. It should work.
