[Completed] Pokémon Island [v2.2] - 1025 Pokémon, Challenge Mode and more

Is there a map for the bigger areas like the sea and underground? I'm getting lost there.

There is a single outdated sea map at some place in this thread. But everything in these two maps are optional, except some grass/tree/rock encounters if you want to get a very specific pokémon or want to catch all, but I guess that these aren't too far from entrace.
 
Hello!

I'm trying to find some of the legends and Ultra Beasts. Where would I start looking for Buzzwole, Mewtwo, and Deoxys? Also a Ditto so I can breed for natures, if that's possible.

Also, I'd really like mints to change nature. It sucks getting your starter at the worst nature and not being able to do anything about it.

It seems like Healing Wish doesn't make the user's Pokemon Faint, nor trigger a switch. Instead just acting like normal Wish. I'm trying to make a 6 Blissy Trainr Sim tea where the Blissey wil auto faint themselves like the Blissey Secret Bases people set up back in ORAS. (Honestly surprised nobody made one yet.) I guess someone will have to be able to make the high level Blissey Faint.

Is there anywhere I could grab a Toxic Orb or multiple of them?

I see a ton of TMs at the shop. Do egg moves like Slack Off work the same as in modern titles, or have you made them into TMs?

Neat. Hm. I'll have to give them something like Helping Hand then. The Blissey team I am making is already Lv 52-54. Will post it when I am done. Sort of trying to make a Living Dex and I already have 600+ Pokemon in it.

I only made as TM the canon TMs (plus tutors, HMs moves and TRs). Island contains all TMs/TRs/Tutors from gens 3-9 (besides ones in SV's DLC).

Wow, nice! I was wondering how many people was actually using the "own" mechanics that I put in the game.
 
I'd also enjoy access to a system for increasing IVs. I've read that you prefer them being immutable however I find this takes a lot of the enjoyment out of the game simply because of how long you can work for something only for it to then not be as good as you want and be unable to change that.

A 0 speed IV when you pull the right nature and 31 in the ones that matter, for example. It just makes games less fun for me when there is no way to correct these beyond spending even more time walking in circles waiting for eggs to hatch. That just feels like artificially extending playtime.

I see. Thanks for the feedback, I gonna consider it a little more. Maybe I change it in the future if I receive enough feedbacks. I changed the starter selection (only 15 starters in v2.0 to all starters in v2.1) because of the feedback that I received.

I'm not strongly against mutable IVs and Natures ideas.

It could be a building that comes around midgame, even, if you wanted to keep it in theme with the island.

A gym where you can leave a Pokémon and it will train that IV after a certain number of battles, or something.

I think there's room for it to happen even if it's not as simple as just using an item like the modern games make it too.

Good idea! But sounds like a late game building.

Also, secondary question, does flame body ability reduce hatching times in your game?
Yes! As well as Magma Armor. I didn't add it to description due to it small size in summary, but I should do this when I increase the abilities descriptions.

Also, where is Gligar? I assumed in one of the cave regions but haven't encountered yet.

Tryin to plan out what sorta team I'm gonna shoot for and I've never used him in any of the games, so thinking about giving it a shot.

No. The current abilities are:
Generation 3 Abilities are used, plus Honey Gather, Flower Gift, Snow Warning, Slow Start, Multitype, Iron Bards, Zen Mode, Defeatist, Stance Change, Battle Bond, Power Construct, Schooling, Shields Down, Disguise, RKS System, Beast Boost, Gulp Missile, Ice Face, Hunger Switch, Zero to Hero, Protosynthesis and Quark Drive.

Also, where is Gligar? I assumed in one of the cave regions but haven't encountered yet.

I did the same thing when I played my own game! I use especially trade evolutions like Politoed.
