Yes, you can buy ability patches and ability capsules in the Violet City supplement store, it's on the left side of town.

hi ! really enjoying this hack so far, but do i need a hisuin sneasle to evolve into sneasler ? if so where can i find hisuin sneasle bc i can't find anything on the spreadsheet

Sorry about that, I'll update the spreadsheet. You do need hisuian sneasel, and you can find them in the phoenix hideout at the Rage Resort.

You get it after defeating the elder sage in Sprout Tower.

After the festival post game thingy is done what are some other things to do besides legend hunting and battle tower

After you defeat Team Phoenix on the islands, and the festival begins, you can find Gold up on the north side of Lazulan.
He will ask you for a battle at his private island on Route G. You'll get a phone call after that for the next part.

Is it possible that the pokenav shows incorrect locations for some trainers? There is a female cooltrainer in rage resort and a male hiker on mt. rage I can't seem to be able to find for a rematch. And honestly, I can't remember if that was where I met those, but I think not... 😅

My Own Tempo Rockruff didn't evolve and I already set my time to 5:30pm. What now?

EDIT: Change to around near 5 and 6pm. Still doesn't evolve. I literally wasted my time training a Pokemon that doesn't evolve. Now I don't have any more exp to grind on a new member to replace this thing. This game infuriates me the more I play it.

EDIT 2: Raised another rockruff and evolved at 10pm. RTC is on. I got the wrong form.

FINAL EDIT: Turns out the RTC times are inverted. I thought pokeemerald already fixed this?

Sitting at 8 badges so far, loving the game and how it connects to the original story! I would really recommend adding in power items and dedicated ev trainers( or simply 6 patches of grass with only one species of pokemon that give 2/3 of the corresponding ev) and a way to check evs/ivs. Would make teambuilding much more fun and much less grindy. Absolutely enjoying the game, great job Sloo! Edit: Also eagerly waiting for next update with nature changing capability and macho brace 😳

I checked, Rock Blast is an egg move that Shellder can learn, same as Sun and Moon.


I wondered about the PC storage. You can probably add boxes, but it may use up a lot of save data, and there isn't a ton of space to pull from.
Not sure about the XP farming, I don't want to add level caps.

The moment you beat your brother fair and square and he accuses you of cheating....

TL_DR: Zigzagoon level 12 for prior move to lower attack, baby doll eyes. And its pick up gives the needed super potions and x attacks.
Marshtomps mud slap is the key strat.
Bayleef is there with tackle, synthesis, razor leaf, and poison. Beat houndoom fair and square after a few times of losing good ol' accuracy.

The biggest foe was sharpedo really... goddamn ice fang and swagger. Beat me at my own game of chance like 40 times.

Geodude needs sturdy and get lucky with magnitude or rollout if you want that. It won me the game with sturdy after attempt 70 or so... shiftry was surprisingly the lowest priority issue. Houndooms roar can also mess ya up.

Gotta admit i dont take kindly to forced losses.

The female cool trainer was moved into ice path later on. She used to be at the rage resort. Not sure why it would still show her there. Maybe in the match call file. I'll have to check on that.
Edit: Found where it pulls their location for match calls, and fixed Isabel.
I think the hiker you're talking about is legitimate, if you meant Mt. Tempest. There's a hiker towards the bottom of the mountain.

Are you sure it isn't your emulator? I haven't heard of this issue from anyone else, and works for me.

Haha, yep. Actually I'm very impressed you beat him legitimately. I tested it by using rare candies myself.
I made it a forced loss to emphasise his bully nature more, and it makes beating him later on feel better.

That's weird, the phone call is part of the same event as the gold battle.
The phone call is Falkner saying he's back at his gym and ready for a rematch. I guess you can see if he's there.
