I always find the 6th gym to be one of the easiest, and 7th to be one of the hardest.
I would almost switch your gogoat for some type of fairy or psychic type. Fighting is also pretty useful.

Considering I have a level 33 Heracross, I could always bring him back to the team, but I also have the Eevee and it has a fairy type move so raising it a level it would have it evolve to Sylveon. And I need for special attacking pokemon and some of the most powerful fairy moves are special based.

Edit: Decided to go with Eevee, gonna place the exp share on him since it is a male one and grind trainers and if you release a patch with wild pokemon at a higher level I could grind him more so he can get to the level needed to be quite usable for the eight gym.

There is a trainer in Goldenvine sea with an Omystar, Huntail, and Gyrados. The poor Omystar has no moves 😞

I found a few of those on my own playthroughs before I released the game. It's a very weird glitch, because that trainer is set to have the default moves, and Omastar does have default moves.
I've been fixing them by giving them a custom moveset, but then just giving them the moves they would naturally know at their level.

Hi sloo really loving this romhack so far!

Just wanted to report a bug, I'm playing on MyBoy Advanced on Android 11 and after reaching Goldenrod, I entered the bike shop, couldn't afford the cost of the bike (but I'm like 90% sure I hit yes which I think it what triggered the bug), and after leaving and returning with the money, the bike seller will only offer to change bikes, and when he see's my inventory doesn't have a bike, he tells me it must be in the PC, which it isn't.

I unfortunately do not have any save states that I could use to try and replicate.

After the fighting gym, you go to Kizu Forest, which is to the left of Olivine, through the cut trees on the way to the Safari Zone.
After that, head to Mahogany Town, and talk to the man blocking the gym. That should get you in the right direction.

Bagon is in the room that has all of the pockets of water with jump ledges, where you find the Choice Band and Choice Specs.
It's also very rare.

Not at my house right now, but I'm pretty sure it's on the same floor as bagon, as seen above. The floor with all of the water and jump ledges.

I really love the game so far! Grinding for the second gym right now but did have a question. I traded for the Rockruff in Violet City, but he refuses to obey me even after the first gym. He is level 16. Is this intended or a bug? He's completely unusable at the moment. T_T

Not at home, so I can't look up anything right now...
I want to say I raised the obedience to level 15 for traded Pokemon (it was 10). Pretty sure after the second badge it's raised to 35.
Pretty sure galarain yamask evolves in a weird way. Should be the same as normal if you look it up.
Edit: I think it just needs 49+ damage in one battle

She has 4 possible hiding places that she randomly chooses between at the start. When you click on them, they will check to see if she is hiding there, and if she's not, they will just release you.
