i downloaded this today but my VBA won't open it? i keep getting errors....

i have three questions. what is at the end of the Fossil Maniac Maze in Fallarbor and how do I navigate it? Also where can I find a leaf stone for my nuzleaf? Im currently grinding up for the meteor falls battle. I got rid of my Baltoy because it had impish nature and Psybeam was just not doing it for me.
Level 38 Nuzleaf (Faint Attack, Razor Wind, Grasswhistle, Fake Out)
Level 38 Linoone (Headbutt, Shockwave, Sand Attack, Rock Smash)
Level 38 Hariyama (Vital Throw, Ice Punch, Smellingsalt, Bulk Up)
Level 39 Qwilshark (Surf, Headbutt, Spikes, Pin Missile)
Level 41 Aerodactyl (Bite, Supersonic, Ancient Power, Iron Slam)
This next member is a temporary replacement for Baltoy, idk if going to keep or not. Should I switch it out for L 37 Zangoose (Slash, Crush Claw, Pursuit, Fury Cutter) ?
Level 28 Kirlia (Psychic, Double Team, Calm Mind, Teleport)

After activating the switch a staircase appears in a building in the middle of that area . If i remember correctly it's left from the building with the switches

So I just downloaded the new patch which has the accurate sprites but i'm now currently stuck. I'm at Sootopolis but when I go into the PokeCenter, the door to the left is missing so I can't go down to the meeting. When I view the map in the center it shows that I'm at the Shakya Monastery. Am I missing something?
PS: I've already tried going back to Pacifidlog City and taking Cassidy Rock back to Sootopolis. I've seen people go to the meeting before and after the patch :s

I finished playing this and let me just say this has to be the weirdest Pokemon game I have ever played.

The concept was good but the game was a mess. I didn't understand 95% of the pop culture references, the Deadly Seven were driving me crazy, the quiz machines towards the end was unnecessary, and the ending could have just stopped after Senex's team was defeated.

But however, there were some good moments. Trying to survive an invasion from Hell, The Film University, and Gym Island were probably the best parts to the game. If you toned down on the pop culture references and fourth wall breakings, then I would have liked the game more, but you did a good job making this game have an interesting twist to it.

I apologize if my opinion sounds harsh.

Sweet, got it to work!
I removed the patch (used it to get into the gym to battle Esau since a woman blocked the cave).
Since I removed the patch, the Poke Center in Sootopolis now has the door to the left to reach the meeting. Afterwards, I'll probably reapply the patch so that I can have a more updated game with accurate sprites.
Hope this helps the other 2 people In this thread that had the same issue :)

I can't really answer to you because I caught luca zamon with the afro ball. Howver I think that it's catchable with other pokeballs too( but it has small catch rate in my opinion)

No, you can catch her with Ultra Ball, save Afro Ball for Shaderu

I fought him already, just couldnt get to him in the gym, will try one more cos I think me talking to him is the only thing that stop Senex from appearing in the (previously) locked gym cos Im pretty sure I beat all other gyms, also, where is this party being held at in the island?

When you reach the gym island, Asimov were telling you that you are late for the party, but you can enjoy the rest of gym island `_`

...really ??? Because I thought that you can't catch Shaderu ( it was to be included in the final realease ). Or if I'm mistaken...WHERE CAN ONE CATCH SHADERU ???? I've played this hack three times (from beginning to the very end ) and I haven't encountered it not once ( aside those traps in Island of the calm where you couldn't catch it because it appeared like a trainer )...
The only catchable legendaries ( aside the hyperegg that can evolve through stones to the legendary dogs and unown ) are Luca Zamon , Turmur , Senex , Faceleech ( if it counts :P ) , Tea Barqan and the Furi trio. ( Did I miss anything ? )

Yeah that's a known issue because Cutlerine didn't edit the PC sprites.

If I am correct the shard collector isn't in the game ( I'm not 100% sure though :P )

There is no way to collect all 50 broken hearts ( unless you CHEAT ). All 50 broken hearts were not included in the current version of the game and judging by Cutlerine's temporary departure they will not be included

Some hacks won't even let you complete the pokedex ( pokemon missing backsprites and other stuff ) :P ( and personally I have never got to finish the pokedex in ANY hack I have ever played. I just can't seem to be motivated enough to do it , maybe because I have finished the original Ruby pokedex and all the hacks are based on R/S/E/FR/LG :P )
What I was actually saying was that there is no way to catch a Shaderu without cheating. However if you cheated to get one, there you go , enjoy it ! ( I haven't seen a lot of people here who actually got a Shaderu )
