Red/Blue 5/10 Still has ugly stripes and the ears look like used napkins,but better than Green's

Yellow 4/10 Lost stripe sand fixed the ear but this greenish color don't suit Dratini

Gold 6/10 Good pose,good coloring but ear is a little weird and the pose isn't the better one

Silver 7/10 It has a great pose and great coloring,fixed ear but it just doesn't appeal to me

I don't think anyone has done Persian yet:

Red/Blue: The feet are WAY too big, and it looks very awkward. 3/10

Yellow: A bit bright, but I love the sprite, makes it look fierce. 8/10

Gold/Silver: Gold is great. 9/10 But Silver is kinda derp face. 6/10

3rd Gen(They look pretty much the same): A bit too chubby for a Persian. 7/10

Diamond/Pearl/Platinum: Very well done, captures Persian well. 9/10

HG/SS: AMAZING! Finally looks like the right size, and a nice pose. 10/10

B/W: Lost the great pose, but still looks great. 9/10

R/S: I keep thinking this is the shiny one, even though I know on some level that the shiny one is red. 6/10.

E: Same, but now it jumps. Cute, but Seedot doesn't strike me as very energetic. 7/10.

B/W: Yuck. Makes me queasy just looking at it. 3/10.

This time, I am doing one of my fave Pokemon = Aipom!

Gold = Nice pose 9/10

Silver = Not a fan of Aipom sitting 4/10

Crystal = Same as Silver except color and motion 5/10

Generation 3 = Aipom handstanding? 2/10

Diamond & Pearl = Don't like the pose or color 1/10

Platinum = This is the best of the bunch 10/10

HeartGold & SoulSilver = Head looks small 8/10

Black & White = Same pose as Platinum but still the same 10/10

Youngster

Red/Blue: This one looks weird, I don't like serious youngsters. 5/10

Gold/Silver/Crystal: This one is okay, but why do most G/S/C trainers have that skin tone D: 7/10

Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald: This youngster looks cute despite the serious look :). 8/10

FireRed/LeafGreen: This one is the cutest of them all XD. 10/10

Diamond/Pearl/Platinum: Okay I guess :/ 5/10

HeartGold/SoulSilver: I hate this one. 2/10

Black/White: I hate this one more. 0/10

Gold: Pretty good, gets the essentials done 6/10

Silver: Not really sure they needed to have him stand up like that, it's good I guess. 5/10

Crystal: This is pretty much an animated version of Silver reversed. 6/10

RS/E/FRLG: If they had to have him standing completely straight up, this is what they should've done. A good improvement over Silver. 8/10

Diamond/Pearl: Pretty good, a wider version of the 3rd gen sprite. 7/10

Platinum: Like the DP one except not so leaned over. 8/10

HGSS: It looks like they used the DP sprite as a base for this. It's okay. 7/10

Black/White: It's an improved version of the Platinum one, although I will say it looks great animated. 9/10.

Out of all I'd say the BW one is my favorite.

Gold: It looks kind of small compared to what we are used to. 6/10

Silver: A different angle. Pretty good. 6/10

Crystal: A reverse version of the Gold sprite animated. 5/10

RS/FRLG/E: This looks better. It has more space too. 7/10

DPPt: A larger version of the 3rd gen sprite. 7/10

HGSS: I don't like this one. His neck bends down way too much. 4/10

BW: This one is pretty much an animated version of the DPPT sprite. It works though. 8/10
Again, the BW one is my favorite.

I did Gyarados too.

Green: Finally a Green sprite that doesn't look terrible! 5/10

Red/Blue: A more tilted angle. 5/10

Yellow: He's somewhat coiled in this one. 6/10

Gold: He doesn't look as long as he did before. 4/10

Silver: He looks a little longer than in the Gold one. 5/10

Crystal: Same as Silver. 5/10

RSE: Cool, he got his length back. 6/10

FRLG: This one's done a lot better than in Yellow. 7/10

Diamond/Pearl: Pretty good. Does the basics. 5.5/10

Platinum: Basically the DP sprite going downwards. 5.5/10

HGSS: This one's pretty good, he's more spread out. 6.5/10

BW: The Platinum sprite animated. 7/10
Out of all these, my favorite goes to either HGSS or BW.

Silver: Okay, now this is what we're used to. 5.5/10

Crystal: He looks pretty happy. 6/10

RS/FRLG/E: Wobbling? Wow, the Emerald animations were lame. 4/10

Diamond/Pearl: This is pretty good. 5/10

Platinum: Same as DP except arms are in a different place. 5/10

HGSS: Better than DP. 6/10

Black/White: This is great. This is exactly what the Emerald animation should have been. 10/10
Winner goes to Black/White.

Silver: It's a different angle. 5/10

Crystal: An animated version of the Gold sprite. 6/10

RS/FRLG/E: This is pretty good. The animation is pretty lame though. 5.5/10

Diamond/Pearl: Another pretty basic one. 6/10

Platinum: For some reason I don't like this one. Maybe it's because the eyes stand out so much to me. 6/10

HeartGold/SoulSilver: This is my favorite so far. I like it better with the light purple coloring. 7.5/10

Black/White: A new animation. I like this better than the HeartGold one. 8/10
My favorite goes to Black/White!

Btw, what I think happened with Gligar's coloring is that Sugimori's original art was dark purple so they attempted to match that. The reason GSC's coloring was light purple/pink was because I don't think they could bring it down to dark purple. Gastly is a perfect example of this. Then when he redrew Gligar for HGSS he changed the coloring to light purple.

Cilan's VS sprite from B/W creeps me out.

Why? It just looks like him smiling, I don't really see a creepyness factor.

 

[The 100 Mega Shock]

His eyes are gigantic and wide open which is slightly unsettling and weird.

It's caused by poor shading on his eyes. The tops of his eyes are brighter than they should be, this draws attention to them in a way that's not natural. From a human point of view, the top of our eyes are almost always obscured by the eyelids or at the very least they're a large dark area serve to draw attention away from them. Because here the lighting makes it seem as if we can see Cilan's entire iris it gives the impression that he's forcing his eyes open very wide.

It's something that can be toned down pretty easily e.g:
