These areas aren't in the current demo. I will include them in future versions.

It's a IPS patch. You need the rom of Sapphire in english and program for apply patchs. But if you use the emulator VisualBoyAdvance, you can simply put the Sapphire rom and the ips file in a same folder with the same name and having enabled in the VisualBoyAdvance the option Options>Emulator>Automatic IPS patching, open the rom.
