just curious, does Nidoqueen get an "X form" like Nidoking? if not i think she should get one to be on equal terms as both were HUGE pulls within Team Rocket's Executive caste

that's actually good though, given normal Nidoqueen was physical-focused despite the best possible build for her was special attack focused - using Life Orb with Sheer Force while having special attacks with secondary effects, mine currently has Earth Power, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, and Flamethrower
I just rolled credits on the English section of this game, and FEAR Rattata is the MVP late-game.
FEAR is a guaranteed kill if the opponent's non-Ghost mon doesn't run Sitrus, it can learn weaker HMs so your stronger Poké's get more coverage moves, and once the Sash is used, FEAR acts as a one-time defender that allows you to heal one of your stronger Poké's. What an absolute unit.
Note: Firstly done in Spanish, has been translated by a small work team and me (Dragonsden). "Fire Red: Rocket Edition" created by Colonelsalt is a different game.

To fully develop and include the regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and the Sevii Islands.

You start as a mere Grunt at Five Island Warehouse. Intending to gradually ascend within the organization by successfully completing the missions assigned by your superiors.
Your story unfolds within the same timeline as the beginning of Red and Blue's adventure. Since you'll be transferred to Kanto at a certain point, you'll have the chance to witness Red/Blue's story from the perspective of a Team Rocket member. Moreover, you'll get to see everything that happened behind the scenes (here, of course, we delve into theories), aiming for everything that occurs to be considered canonical within the original games.
Therefore, the idea of this hack is that you, as a random Rocket Grunt, can do everything in your power to reverse the classic scenario where Team Rocket and Giovanni are defeated by Red, partly seeking justice by giving a villain our player ability. This will lead to a clash between this and the canonical story (which will be maintained in this hack) that we all know.
All that being said is, albeit a percentage, only the initial part of our adventure (KANTO), as we'll also journey to Sevii, Johto..., we'll see some of the biggest projects that Team Rocket had, with a good portion of the game dedicated to revealing several secrets and theories that many of us may have suspected but were never confirmed, in addition to experiencing events such as the collapse of Lavender Tower, the construction of the train tracks, etc.

The current download includes the content of Kanto and Sevii. However, the translation of Johto and the DLC is already well advanced, and it is expected to be brought here soon.
Regarding .sav compatibilities, there shouldn't be any issues.
As for possible dates for the update with Johto and the DLC, it shouldn't take more than 3 months from the moment this post is published.
Thanks to Kakarotto, not only for helping me implement mechanics like the IV modifier, the overworld change upon promotion, acting as an impromptu tester, or the hard work, alongside Annatar, of inserting the entire Johto map along with its fly and healing spots, thus giving a greater impression of being truly in a new region, but especially for believing in this project and its potential practically more than I do myself (which is already difficult).

Aside from that, I just completed completed the English Kanto + Sevii Island storyline and excited to see what's in store for Johto.
I would arguably say that this Team Rocket Rom Hack is superior in story, content and structure wise compared to Colonelsalt's version (which is really noticeable after completing that hack and going straight into yours with your Dragonsden version).
The fact the Spanish version is already ahead with 3 full regions with Kanto, Johto and Hoenn not even including the DLC and Sevii Islands, is an amazing feat in itself.
But also the story and sense of progression is what really got me hooked. It almost feel official and makes me wish Gamefreak would do in depth stories from the antagonist perspective.
Nonetheless, brilliant work with the translation so far. We will all be patiently waiting for the Johto translation :D
