The main goals of this ROM hack are:

  1. Covering the entire timeline from FireRed/LeafGreen to Gold/Silver (+3 years), experienced from the perspective of Team Rocket.
  2. Pushing the limits of what's considered canon.
  3. To fully develop and include the regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and the Sevii Islands.

What's in the current download? Game projection for the coming months:

The current download includes the content of Kanto and Sevii. However, the translation of Johto and the DLC is already well advanced, and it is expected to be brought here soon.

Regarding .sav compatibilities, there shouldn't be any issues.

As for possible dates for the update with Johto and the DLC, it shouldn't take more than 3 months from the moment this post is published.

I have a serious question. I got to Silph Co, defeated both the trainer and the researcher on 7th floor, they basically told me to talk to the crybaby on 5th, even tho it's 6th, for the card key. So I did, but when he said he was giving me the key, I didn't actually get it and when I tried talking to him again, he said he already gave me everything, but I don't have it anywhere in my bag, nor anywhere since I can't open any doors. Any ideas?

So that's not an update, that's a new hack. The dude was asking for Galar in this hack (supposedly joking).

Johto (and Hoenn ty Cyddeon) is confirmed to be in the next update though, and I'm assuming (not the dev just using what little knowledge I have about ROM Hacking) it will be the last region for this hack.

Im in Silph co and when I receive the card key. It doesnt show it anywhere and when I try to use it in door it says it requires card key. My key item is full of full restores and Master Balls. What should I do? Does it mean I cant continue because of codes? I tried to deleted codes But it doesnt help. Can someone help me?

Well, how should I put it? Using cheats breaks the game, so you're hard locked there, only way is starting all over again, preferably without using cheats

I could be misremembering, have misunderstood him, or it was lost in translation. But I didn't think the new expansions were going to be on the same ROM/save because of memory limitations, I thought it would be kind of like going from Part A to part B in pokémon Elysium

Maybe someone who has played the Spanish version can confirm

God I hope not, so many people refuse to play Elysium because of the switching, there's a reason they the only dev that has done that xD

I wouldn't have touched it myself if I didn't play on PC already, but imagine the struggle for hardware/mobile players.

Let alone, I rather have quality over quantity. Four regions (or 3 1/2 if you don't consider Sevii an actual region) is plenty.

The people who complain about that in Elysium are fools. It comes with extremely clear and easy to follow instructions, I play on my phone and I did it in under 2 minutes with zero issue. Everybody patches files on their computer anyways...

It's also a story hack, not designed for infinite post-story replayability. No one has any issue with Pokemon Gaia having no postgame, they just complain about Elysium because they can't follow simple directions.

Based on how this is described, it seems you guys used some of the codes that have been lying around for this game. However, those don't work, as they place items in the wrong pockets in such a way as to prevent them from every being removed or depleted. The Key Items space (and I think most of the pockets, if not all of them) are finite. If too much space in being occupied by items not intended to be there, you won't get any future key items after the pocket has become full. Which is what has happened here, it seems.

With that said, the new update should be posted in a few days' time; you'll have to start a new file, as saves won't be compatible. Just remember to avoid using the codes this time around (or at the very least, back up your saves before doing so so you can revert if things don't look right/avoid saving until you're 100% sure things worked as intended).

Not sure what may have been said prior. But what is known now is that they should all work on one single ROM-base/save (albeit, old saves prior to the upcoming English translation update won't be compatible).

As someone very active in ROM Hacking communities, I can 100 percent guarantee you, the majority of people do not even patch to begin with xD

They go the pre-patched route first, and if that is not possible, will attempt to patch on their phones, because that's where most people play.

Fun fact, if you scoll back a few pages, you can see someone got their posts removed because they linked the Spanish version of this very hack, not realizing that it was a pre-patched ROM, not a patch. Only the English version is an actual patch and that can be linked here (unless they changed it after that, I just saw the posts)

In one ROM Hack's discord I'm in with almost 30K people, I'm one of the very few active members who play on PC.

Majority is Android, with a good chunk still using MyBoy even though most ROM Hacks say NOT to use it. Even with very clear instructions on how to patch (both written and video formats) for both patching on PC and Mobile in several locations, including it's own channel, pinned, and commands, we still have new people EVERYDAY somehow messing up.

Elysium is a story hack, but it is the only story hack (that I'm aware of) that requires that type of continuation system, and while I applaud the creator for finding a way to completing their story and making an amazing hack, they even said it themselves that was the only option they could figure out at the time, and they would use more efficient solutions if they were available rather then splitting the game into two parts.

Also, many people have issues with Gaia not having a post game, especially since it was only "cancelled" because it's going to be added in the decomp Emerald version of Gaia.
 
played the eng version. If the johto version is available, do I have to newly download it or can I just apply the new patch from the previous saving data. Or od I have to download it and play it all the way from the beginning.

It's been mentioned that old English translation saves won't be compatible. You'll need to either:

A: Start a new file from the beginning. Or...
B: Use a feature that lets you start a file from post-Kanto League or pre-Johto.
