EDIT: I WAS UNWARRY THAT I NEEDED A MODERATOR TO APPROVE OF IT. THIS TOURNEMENT IS CURRENTLY PENDING, AS IN I AM AWAITING APPROVAL FROM A MODERATOR.

Well, As the title suggests, I'm going to hopefully start a fun, and friendly Pokemon Tournement, over Wi-fi. (Hopefully thats allowed around here... I saw no problem in the rules)

The date is not set as of yet, and I want to wait to see how many participents I get before stating one - Hopefully it will happen in 1-3 weeks.

Anyhow, lets get to it... First off, how to enter:

-In order to enter, you must simply reply to this thread with your Trainer Card Number; A.K.A. Wi-fi number. If you do so, I'll get back to all the participents via PM telling them the Wi-fi code of their opponent for every battle that they do. (I might just have you add every member of your pool to you're friend roster if there is a-lot of people)

-Also note: if you have a better, more conveinent way of doing the tournement, suggest it! This is how I normally do tourneys, and it has worked!

Now, lets go over the rules of my tournement (Stop groaning):

-In order to enter the tournement, you will have to have a team free of the following pokemon:

:: Arceus (He is the Lord of Ubers... So A big, flat Disqualification of you have him)
:: Deoxys Speed/ Attack form (Deffense and normal form is okay)
:: Giratina (He has a good move stat, and high stats... So N-O)
:: Mew (He has given me SCARS!!)
:: Mew Two (He is magnificently awsome, and magnificently good)

-Having the following will result in disqualification. You will have to tell me your pokemon team before battling. (PM me, I'm not competing anyhow... Unles you guys object and want my mad skillz!)

-In addition, You may only have one of the below per team (Ex. No Palkia and Shaymin on the same team):
:: Palkia
:: Dialga
:: Darkrai
:: Celebi
:: Raiku
:: Suicune
:: Entei
:: Articuno (Can learn Sheer cold and mind reader... *Shudder)
:: Moltres
:: Zapdos
:: Shaymin

Having, for example, Dialga and Suicune on one team will disqualify you from the tournement.

-All other pokemon have no sanctions, and can be used freely.

-Pokemon names cannot be pornographic or disgusting (For Obvious reasons)

-NO HACKERS. Trust me, I know when I see it... If you have a Donphan that knows, lets say, Roar of Time, you are out! (I may make some exceptions)

-Have Fun! :)

(I will run an IV test on your pokemon, to see if you cheated in that marigin)

Thats all... Sorry for the rules, I just want this to be fair to everyone.

Oh, and did I mention there is a prize for winning?

I know, this got your attention... Prizes are listed below (These are all LEGIT, I did not cheat for any!!!!):

*Honorable mention gets a Pikachu with Surf
-3rd place gets a LVL 80 Dialga, LVL 65 Suicune
-2nd place gets a LVL 85 Palkia, LVL 60 Celebie, LVL 43 Shelgon,
-1st place receives my prized posession, a LVL 90 Shining Girratina, plus a LVL 92 Deoxys, a LVL 67 Lopunny and a LVL 1 Trapinch
-Any further prize ideas are excepted (you could offer a prize too :p)

After a few posts I'll get back with the tournement layout! So, come on contestants! Let's start signing up!

Oh, and this is jusy a disclaimer saying that this isn't an official tournement. I just wanted to do something fun and enjoyable here at our beloved pokecommunities!

So, closing notes: Just remember to leave me your friend code, if you feel unconfortable doing that than PM me. Tell your friends, siblings, relatives, cousins... EVERYONE! About this tournement, I want a large amount of people, so...

Oh, and if you dissagree with any of the rules, say so! I might tweak some, this is just a 'rough draft'!

Also, does this include tiers? (Meaning OU VS OU, UU VS UU and so on)

Yeah, its probably not neat to the eye becasue I did it at 10 pm last night :p

And yes, there will be tiers in the pools. Sorry, I forgot to put that!

umm I'll sign up, but like 2 of the pokemon in my team are shiny, is that ok?
and yeah dude! you should totally join in the fun, and wheres the rule of have fun? lol
and also is lugia and ho-oh in in the legend list? I can't see them!
also is it a lv 100 battle?

Actually, the reason I didn't get it approved first is because I'm new here. I saw nothing wrong in the rules.

And shinning pokemon are OK! Also, Ho-oh and Lugia arn't on the sanction list because I want a few good ledgendaries that people can have freely.

And, if you guys want me to join the fun, my uber team could be an impossible final battle! XD! (Kidding)

There is no limit for shining pokemon, you'll just get the disgrace of appearing as an hacker! XD!

No, but really, Shinning pokemon are OK, I'll just have to double check there IVs and move stuff.

Contact a Wifi Moderator (Horizon, Aurafire, Erik Destler, or me!) instead of poor Manipulation. XD

PM a draft of what you intend to be the first post of your opening thread.

This thread is getting spammy and confusing. You need to clarify and refine some policies (as suggested by the questions and off topic posts) in the first post. Hence, the lock.

If we approve of your tournament, you can then repost the Thread and avoid the spam. :)
