    Is there a pokedex editor out there? I.E Changing the order of the pokedex, Adding more than 151 Pokemon to the PokeDex. Links? Thanks

    Yeah, there are. For the order editor you can use PGE, I'm afraid I can't link that, but it's pretty easy to find :) pm me
    As for addding more than 151 I don't know, but you can always just activate the National Dex

    Thanks for replying,but PGE's name is Pokemon Game Editor right?
     
    GH3S(Gen 3 Hacking Suite) has a Pokedex expander, and you can rewrite the dex entries, as long as you repoint them. Also activating the national dex is a way to expand it also.
     
    I wouldn't add the National Dex to FR pre-event if you're playing vanilla FR. It has the ability to screw with the island flags a little, disable E4 rematch teams, etc.. You can enable evolutions past the regional by doing a little hex editing though.

    G3HS will do everything listed, as it's actually going to add a pokedex order changer this in later updates, but cannot yet at the time of this writing. You can find PGE and use the tool it has out there specifically for that, but good luck finding it. None of us can really help you with that for various reasons, I apologize.

    Also YAPE can't do anything that is mentioned here outside of editing entries.
