5th Gen Pokemon 000?

I hope my Bikutini evolves into Brock then... Brock... The Pervert Pokemon

You mean this statement:
Pokémon Sunday has now revealed the rest of the details. It reveals that this Pokémon is a new Legendary Pokémon, a Phantom Pokémon in the similar manner to Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy & Shaymin in the past.
This Pokémon is called Bikutini (ビクティニ).It is listed as #000 in the Isshu Dex
In addition to that, we have received its distribution details. It will be obtained by a WiFi event giving the Liberty Ticket (リバティチケット) from September 18th 2010 to October 18th 2010.

Actually, what Serebii meant is Bikutini is the tiny legendary like the other Pokemon (Mew, Celebi, etc.) in the past, not Bikuntini being a Pokemon from the past.

Okay, I remember saying in the Pokemon Sunday Speculation thread that I don't think that fennc fox is the new legendary, or at least the phantom legendary. However, it's revealed to be the phantom legendary. Again it's too cute to be one. D: I would like a new Pokemon revealed actually, but at least we got more info on that Apple Rabbit/Fennec Fox.

One quick note, I see quite a few of you are saying this Pokemon is Missigno. While the "phantom Pokemon" title and the Pokemon being 000 are most likely clues to that direction, I'm going to hold off that thought until confirmation ( that is, if Game Freak/whoever does the confirmation will reveal such things as Missingno).

Zoroark isn't a legend...btw... and we don't think its Missingno at least I don't... I just hope it is because that would be an awesome thing to bring Missingno to life as a real Pokemon

Zoroark is classified as a Monster Fox Pokemon a while ago. The only reason it's being referred as a phantom Pokemon at times is because of the movie. However, I'm talking about Bikutini, which is classified as the Phantom Pokemon and also it's confirmed it's a legendary. Also if you look at the link I posted I was talking about that little legendary too in the Pokemon Sunday's speculation thread.
 
Exuse me, but Pokedex number 000 is MissingNo's turf, this guy/girl thing should be at the end of the Pokedex like all the other super cute legends like Mew, who will always be the best cute legend......

Also, the players guide will have it in first place, they can't reveal an event legendary before the games come out, it's ludicrous, so, that leaves us the ultimate question, who is Pokemon #494, Tsutaja, or Victini (better be Tsutaja, or else!)

Where is it classified as the Phantom Pokemon? Says ?? Pokemon on Serebii and I see no mention of Phantom anywhere else o.o
 
I am not convinced it could be MissingNo. Until it is shown that it is #000 in the national(or whatever it will be called) pokedex, because if i'm not mistaken it is only confirmed as #000 in the isshu dex (please feel free to corect me)

For now I'm calling it the Phantom Pokemon until Serebii or another website has real confirmation (though I think Pokemon Sunday calling it that is confirmation)

And dang it, I already posted this statement. x_x

Yes it was but it was very popular and it could be a fun way to big the glitch back to life as many many fans are sad that it no longer exists...
 
The pokemon.co.jp site has been updated with Bikutini, it states there in the first line that it is the Phantom Pokemon (like mew,etc.)

Personally, I hate it, but it will be pretty interesting seeing how this pokemon will be, considering it follows the trend(where all of the "phantom pokemon" have 100 Base in every stat) of course.
