Naren
Naren smiled at this and nodded, moving her hand back to her fork. She brushed at the food, suddenly feeling hungry herself. "'Elp yourself. Y' look half-starved, pardon m' sayin' so." As if to prove it was okay, she took a bite and nodded. "Thank Celebi. I didn't over cook it."
Elisha nudged at Budew, who awoke and glared, recgnizing her old enemy. Elisha puffed out smoke, causing the plant to yelp. Elisha sighed and squealed. Was it a trait of Shadow Pokemon to be so quirky? Se leapt onto Budew, engaging in a light fight. Of course, because Budew was wilder than usual, it attacked much more ferociously. Naren put her food down and quickly separated them. "C-mon you two, ya'll are stuck together! Stop it." The two complied reluctantly and Budew glared a little. This human was a coward. Why was she with her?
Naren gave Elizabeth a sheepish smile. "Ya takin a journey too?"
Tyler
Tyler watched his Butterfree soar over his head, over the opponent, her wings sparkling in the fading sunlight. Sila was a powerful creature, for a bug. Tyler liked Bug-types well enough and Butterfree was underestimated. After this Gym he would go hunt one more Pokemon. But for now...
"Dion, down." The Pikachu obeyed him, pausing from his assault on his opponent.
"It's still alive Master." His partner couldn't help the protest.
"Humans are stubborn that way," he told the Pikachu, walking toward the formerly disguised man with an emotionless light in his green eyes. There were already quite a few burn marks on this human's body, thanks to Dion's power. He looked down at the man, examining the Rocket grunt with distaste. "Fool," he said simply, reaching out toward the man. The other trainers were gone, their usual game long over. Only the fool had stayed.
His loss.
Tyler sighed dully and reached out. "Sir, I must ask you a very important question. As a child, I enjoy tag. And there is no one else here. So..." he pulled the man to his feet. "I must ask: Will you play tag with me?"
The man snorted, adult bravado back in style. "I will not play with a brat like you."
Tyler nodded. "I see. You won't either. Too bad." He pulled out a knife and sighed as he flicked out the blade. His voice and eyes never changed, unaffected by the sudden spark of fear in the man's eyes. "I guess that means it's study time then. Today's lesson... ah, human anatomy, the muscle connections."
He locked eyes with the fool. "My teacher always tells me I am a hands-on sort of person so I need to learn through experience. So sir," he began quietly, walking over to him. "I need a subject to look at. Will you do that for me?" Tyler didn't wait for an answer, shaking his head. "Never mind, you won't. I guess you're useless then. Time to go." The man breathed a sigh of relief as Tyler turned away. "You shouldn't be so happy," Tyler informed him. "My Pokemon used Poison Powder and you breathed it in. You have about five minutes left until you expire." Silan landed on his head, knowing his human hadn't been poisoned.
"Goodbye stupid human," Tyler commented. "Is this the weakness of Team Rocket?" He walked down the bridge. He had a Gym to get to.
