My longest chain is 46 while chaining Pidgeys which was my swarm Pokemon of the day. I got 1 shiny in that chain so was delighted with that! My first ever wild shiny, hopefully not my last.

Ive been chaining but i havnt had any luck.
NONE at all.
Been chaining voltorbs but cant get past 20 on those

I just found a bidoof, tentacruel and swellow, but all on purpose. I dont really like them. How do you get a 46-chain? I never got that far...........

Its VERY helpful. That's how i got better at chaining.

Since my last post, a few posts above, I have also found a shiny Phanpy and shin Geodude (looks so awesome in gold).

It looks virtually the same as the normal one. Its blue skin is just a bit lighter than the normal Phanpy.

Shiny Geodude is impossible to miss though =D

A good first pokemon to chain would be Geodude in route 207 in that lovely big patch of grass. Trust me, Geodude in that route is so easy to chain, you have no idea! =P Geodude in that route is something like 60% that's why =D

Oh so true! =D

I got a chain of 84 in Route 207 of the rocky critters. Only found 1 shiny but I'm bound to be able to get a lot more if I want to.

And the Geodude shiny looks cool.

Still dont really know how to do it yet as I haven't found any good guides on it.
