well all sinnoh pokemon are gonna be in, so I'd say yes, but I'm gonna make his evolution based on an event (which i'm thinking of still)

It's just a D/P remake will changes in it. it doesn't mean all events in D/P has to be the same. Woo, Sneasel. I like Sneasel. Because it has high attack but low defense.

Yep sneasels the only option, Although other pokemon like chimchar turtwig and piplup can be obtained through certain events..

If it had Gible, why not add his/her evolution, anyways, I look forward to this hack.

yeah, I wanted to add something from the manga into this, but have silver getting it from paul.. it's not the best of all starters but neither was pikachu in yellow version!
